Überfahrt mit der Autofähre von Igoumenitsa nach Brindisi hat problemlos geklappt. Hatten anfangs Soge wegen des Check-Ins, da online keine Informationen zu finden waren, war aber dann am Fährhafen problemlos möglich (Check-In Schalter am internationalen Terminal). Haben dann die Nacht am normalen Deck verbracht, hier war es möglich sich mit dem Schlafsack auf den Boden zu legen und etwas zu schlafen. Die Toiletten sind relativ dreckig und die Bar ist nicht gut ausgestattet, aber der Preis ist unschlagbar.
Crossing with the car ferry from Igoumenitsa to Brindisi worked without any problems. Initially we were drawn to the check-in, as no information could be found online, but was then easily possible at the ferry port (check-in counter at the international terminal). We then spent the night on the normal deck, here it was possible to lie down with the sleeping bag on the floor and get some sleep. The toilets are relatively dirty and the bar isn't well equipped, but you can't beat the price.

Esperienza terribile. Nave in avaria e partenza posticipata di un giorno...ci hanno fatti scendere dal traghetto alle 00.30 (la partenza doveva essere alle ore 21,30). Lenzuola sporche, maleodoranti e macchiate. 1 asciugamani in 2 ed anche di piccole dimensioni. Ci hanno bussato alla porta alle ore 4,00 pretendendo restutuissimo in fretta la chiave della cabina (arrivo previsto a Corfù ore 6,30) . Modi sgarbati, norme covid inesistenti, ma totalmente inesistenti le norme igieniche basilari. Tratta profumatamente pagata ma imbarazzante.
Terrible experience. Damaged ship and postponed departure of one day ... they made us get off the ferry at 00.30 (the departure was supposed to be at 21.30). Dirty, smelly and stained sheets. 1 towel in 2 and even small. There was a knock on the door at 4.00, demanding that the key to the cabin be returned very quickly (expected arrival in Corfu at 6.30). Rude ways, non-existent covid rules, but the basic hygiene rules are totally non-existent. Treats handsomely paid but embarrassing.

Tratta Brindisi-Igoumenitza e Igumenitza-Brindisi acquistata ad un prezzo vantaggioso a metà luglio per agosto. Ma qui finiscono i lati positivi. Entrambe le navi sporche e prive dei servizi essenziali. Norme Covid non rispettate, così come le norme igieniche basilari. Bagni impraticabili già alla partenza, in condizioni igieniche indescrivibili (non sono mai stati puliti). Il bar è un bancone con pochi prodotti e solo una persona al servizio. Personale ridotto al minimo. Nei Deck interni l'aria condizionata va "a zone", nella maggior parte degli spazi fa caldo (e fortunatamente ho viaggiato di notte). I passeggeri che avevano prenotato le poltrone erano molto scontenti, a quanto pare soldi buttati. Non ho trovato le cabine quando ho prenotato, ma alla luce delle condizioni igieniche generali della nave forse è stato meglio così.
Route Brindisi-Igoumenitza and Igumenitza-Brindisi purchased at an advantageous price in mid-July for August. But here the positives end. Both ships dirty and lacking essential services. Covid rules not respected, as well as basic hygiene rules. Toilets impracticable already on departure, in indescribable hygienic conditions (they have never been cleaned). The bar is a counter with few products and only one person at the service. Staff reduced to a minimum. In the internal decks the air conditioning is "zoned", in most of the spaces it is hot (and luckily I traveled at night). The passengers who booked the seats were very unhappy, apparently money down the drain. I didn't find the cabins when I booked, but in light of the ship's general sanitation it might have been for the best.

Ferry management was not available neither via phone over several days, nor did they reply to my mail. Apart from that they did not inform that travelling as planned was not possible before the booking was finished.

On Sunday May 13th we took the GOLDEN BRIDGE ferry from Mahon to Barcelona and it was the worst boat experience we have ever had. The crew is very poorly educated and without complying the covid regulations (without a mask or safety distances). The hygiene of the very unfortunate facilities. Raffaelo, the bar manager, chased us screaming around the boat asking for our ID card because his dataphone was not working and he wanted to make sure he charged for the menu. Very pitiful and rude. A frozen menu that passengers left for poor quality and at a gold price (4,5 € a beer can). The coffee maker did not work in the morning, the dataphone did not work until they arrived in Barcelona and especially Raffaelo gave us the worst experience on the boat.

Un lama un po' naif on Google

I went to the office in Vlora last night, and I wanted to buy a ticket for today. The lady said it was 40 € for the ticket. I asked whether it was necessary to buy the ticket immediately, but she said it was not necessary. I went back to the office today and the same lady told me the price is now 60 €, and that it is my fault that I didn't buy the ticket last night... well, I would certainly have if she had told me that the price could rise, but apparently she forgot to mention that...

Terrible experience. On the online site the time of departure was 18:30; when I arived in Igoumenitsa the guy from the embarkment was very rude and said to me that the departure was in fact on 10:30 and the arival was on 18:30. These is a mistake from the netferry.com site but they should have own it because they are partners. Ive lost 240€. They should have had “kind reminders” from 4, 2 and 1 hour on sms and also emails. I tried to call them but it picked up the same rude guy. I have called my lawyer. I will never book them again.
