Συγχαρητήρια στην εταιρία για τους υπαλλήλους που έχει! Σπηλιόπουλος Κώστας. This afternoon they handed over 7 electrical appliances to Maroussi. Vassilis and Nikos are just perfect! Μ	ΜΑΡΙΝΑ ΓΙΑΜΑΛΑΚΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα το μεσημέρι παρέλαβα δύο ηλεκτρικές συσκευές με την μεταφορική Ανεζινη. Η παράδοση έγινε μέσα στο χρονικό διάστημα που με είχαν ενημερώσει .Οι μεταφορείς Βασίλης και Μανώλης μετέφεραν στον 1ο όροφο τις συσκευές με ταχύτητα, μεγάλη προσοχή κ χωρίς να δημιουργήθει καμία φθορά. (Ο χώρος ήταν αρκετά στενός κ οι συσκευές πολύ βαριές). Άνοιξαν τις συσκευασίες μπροστά μου για να διαπιστώσουμε ότι οι συσκευές δεν είχαν κανένα ελάττωμα. Πολύ ευγενικοί κ οι δύο με χαμόγελο κ όρεξη για δουλειά. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ !!! Today at noon I received two electrical appliances with the transporter Anezini. N	Nostalgia Dream on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση. Το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο δεν επικοινωνεί με τους οδηγούς του. Στέλνουν SMS στον πελάτη 12 ώρες μάξιμουμ πριν την παράδοση λέγοντας "θα παραδοθεί αύριο στο χρονικό διάστημα πχ 12:00-17:00" και όταν ζητάς να γίνει επαναδρομολόγηση κάποια στιγμή που θα βολεύει, σε αγνοούν. Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που δυστυχώς μου έρχεται κάτι από αυτή την αναξιόπιστη εταιρεία. Την πρώτη φορά μάλιστα ήμουν σε διαδικασία μετακόμισης από άλλη πόλη και ήταν πολύ σημαντικό να μου φέρουν συγκεκριμένη μέρα τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές που είχα παραγγείλει, ώστε να έχω μεταβεί στην Αθήνα. Παρότι με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι αυτό θα γίνει, τις έφεραν προφανώς κάποια άλλη δική τους ημερομηνία που ήμουν εκτός πόλεως. Αποτέλεσμα : τα πράγματα που είχα πληρώσει και περίμενα για να μετακομίσω τριγύριζαν σε ένα φορτηγό για δέκα μέρες ακόμη πριν τα παραλάβω. Tragic service. The call center does not communicate with its drivers. They send an SMS to the customer a maximum of 12 hours before delivery saying "it will be delivered tomorrow in the period eg 12: 00-17: 00" and when you ask for a rerouting at a time that is convenient, they ignore you. This is the second time, unfortunately, that I have received something from this unreliable company. In fact, the first time I was in the process of moving from another city and it was very important that they bring me the electrical appliances I had ordered on a specific day, so that I could go to Athens. Although they assured me that this would happen, they apparently brought them another date of their own that I was out of town. The result: the things I had paid for and waited to move around in a truck for ten more days before I received them.
V	Vasileios M. Kapinas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα παραλάβαμε με την μεταφορική ΑΝΕΖΙΝΗΣ 3 ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Η παράδοση έγινε στην ώρα που μας είχε ενημερώσει το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο της εταιρείας από χθες. Αυτό που μας ξάφνιασε όμως είναι ο επαγγελματισμός των δύο υπαλλήλων που κάνανε την μεταφορά, του Βασίλη και του Μανώλη. Καταφέρανε και ανεβάσανε στον 2ο όροφο της πολυκατοικίας και τις 3 πολύ ογκώδεις συσκευές πολύ γρήγορα και χωρίς την παραμικρή φθορά! Η μεγάλη τους εμπειρία και ικανότητα τους επέτρεψε να περάσουν τα μεγάλα και βαριά κουτιά από όλα τα στενά μέρη της οικοδομής και να τα ακουμπήσουν ακριβώς στο μέρος που τους υποδείξαμε μέσα στα δωμάτια του διαμερίσματος. Το χαμόγελο, η καλή τους διάθεση και η γνώση τους (μας δώσανε και τεχνικές συμβουλές για την συνδεσμολογία μίας συσκευής!) μας κέρδισε ακόμη παραπάνω και αποφασίσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε ξανά την μεταφορική στο μέλλον. Their smile, their good mood and their knowledge (they also gave us technical advice for the wiring of a device!) Won us even more and we decided to use the metaphor again in the future.
