Είχα μια από τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες μου το τελευταίο διάστημα.Μου παρέδωσαν δέμα μου σε άθλια κατασταση, κυριολεκτικά διαλυμένο....και μετά όταν παραπονέθηκα, μόνο που δεν με έβρισαν. Το μόνο που κάνανε μετά από πολλά τηλεφωνήματα ήταν να έρθουν να το πάρουν να το γυρίσουν πίσω στο έμπορο αφού ήταν πλέον παντελώς άχρηστο. Αυτά προς γνώση και συμμόρφωση Έγγραφα αυτή την κριτική γιατί πραγματικά να μετά από πολύ καιρό ο τρόπος αντιμετώπισης που ειχα από το συγκεκριμένο πρακτορείο ήταν κάτι που με είχε εξοργίσει. Είχαν το θράσος να απαντήσουν και να πουν ότι το πρόβλημα δημιουργηθηκε μετά από δική απαίτηση να βάλουν το δέμα στο εσωτερικό της πυλωτης αφού εγώ λόγω Covid19 δεν μπορούσα να παρευρεθω. Δεν ήταν η πρώτη φορά που είχα ζητήσει κάτι τέτοιο ούτε ήταν το πρώτο δέμα που μου είχαν επιδώσει με τον ίδιο ακριβώς τρόπο. Αντί λοιπόν να παραδεχτούν ότι κάτι διαφορετικό έγινε αυτή τη φορά και να αναλάβουν τις ευθύνες τους,είχαν το θράσος να πουν ότι επιδεικνύω κακία ,κοινοποιώντας το περιστατικό στο διαδίκτυο. Δεν είναι έτσι. Δεν είχα άλλο τρόπο να εκφράσω την αγανάκτηση μου για τρόπο που χειρίστηκαν το πρόβλημα. Και εν τέλει εγώ βρήκα άλλο τρόπο να εξυπηρετηθω...Αυτοί βρήκαν πελάτες..? Γιατί όλα εδώ πληρώνονται.... Away from them. I had one of my worst experiences lately. They handed me my parcel in a miserable condition, literally broken .... and then when I complained, only they did not find me. All they did after many phone calls was to come and get it back to the merchant as it was now completely useless. These for knowledge and compliance I was writing this review because really after a long time the way I was treated by this agency was something that had infuriated me. They had the audacity to answer and say that the problem arose after their own request to put the package inside the flat since I could not attend due to Covid19. It was not the first time I had asked for such a thing, nor was it the first package that had been delivered to me in exactly the same way. So instead of admitting that something different happened this time and taking responsibility, they had the audacity to say that I was doing evil by reporting the incident on the internet. It's not like that. I had no other way to express my indignation at the way they handled the problem. And in the end I found another way to be served ... They found customers ..? Because everything here is paid ....
