Άλλη τιμή γνώριζα πως θα πληρώσω,και ξαφνικά όταν μετέφεραν τα δέματά μου,βρέθηκα να πληρώνω τη διπλάσια σχεδόν τιμή χωρίς καμία εξήγηση και με αρκετά ψέματα!!! Με συκοφάντησαν στα κεντρικά της εταιρίας,με αποτέλεσμα να έχω χάσει τα χρήματα που έδωσα!! Μόλις τους είπα πως θα το φτάσω στα άκρα,έπεσαν τηλεφωνήματα για δήθεν «αποκατάσταση».... Τα θετικά είναι η άψογη και προσεκτική μεταφορά των δεμάτων μου,και η άμεση ανταπόκρισή τους στα τηλεφωνήματα μου... *Σημείωση:τα παραπάνω προβλήματα τα αντιμετώπισα στο υποκατάστημα Ηγουμενίτσας!!! Από το κεντρικό κατάστημα Αθηνών,δεν αντιμετώπισα κανένα πρόβλημα.... Πολύ κακή συμπεριφορά με ψέματα και συκοφαντίες!!!! The negatives outweigh the positives! A	Alex Gav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ Πέμπτη 14/10/2021 μου έστειλαν έναν ασκό 5λίτρων κρασί από Άρτα, Δευτέρα 18/10/2021 πάω να τον παραλάβω και μου λένε ότι έγινε λάθος και τα εμπορεύματα τα έστειλαν Ηγουμενίτσα (Έφυγα από Κορωπί). Τους παίρνω τηλέφωνο και τους λέω ότι εγώ το έκανα το δρομολόγιο από Κορωπί κι ότι το λάθος είναι δικό τους, μου είπαν έχετε δίκιο θα σας το στείλουμε εμείς χωρίς καμμία δική σας επιβάρυνση. Με τα πολλά μου το έφεραν Σάββατο 30/10/2021 με άλλη μεταφορική με χρέωση €8,00. Τσίπιδες. UNACCEPTABLE Thursday 14/10/2021 they sent me a bag of 5 liters of wine from Arta, Monday 18/10/2021 I go to pick it up and they tell me that something went wrong and the goods were sent to Igoumenitsa (I left Koropi). Η παραγγελία μου ξεκίνησε Παρασκευή από Αθήνα για Πρέβεζα, Τρίτη έφτασε Άρτα και περίμενα μέχρι το Σάββατο για να έρθει στο πρακτορείο της Πρέβεζας. Πήρα την Τρίτη τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι θα έρθει Παρασκευή. Γιατί λόγω χιονιού δεν έχουν δέματα να γεμίσουν φορτηγό. Τους λέω μπορώ να έρθω να το πάρω απο την αρτα γιατί το βιάζομαι; Μου λένε ότι η αποθήκη θα μείνει κλειστή επειδή δεν έχουν παραλαβές απο Αθήνα. Και όταν η υπάλληλος που μιλούσα μου έδωσε στο τηλέφωνο κάποιον υπεύθυνο στο τμήμα Αρτας αυτός μου είπε ψέματα ότι το δέμα είναι στην Αθήνα και δεν μπορεί να έρθει λόγω χιονιού. Ενώ η γυναίκα πριν το έβλεπε μπροστά της. Ήταν αγενής και ειρωνικός. Φτάνει Παρασκευή… πουθενά. Τελικά αξιώθηκαν και το έφεραν το Σάββατο. Και σαν κερασάκι στην τούρτα, ενώ η μεταφορά ήταν ήδη πληρωμένη μου ζητήθηκε να την ξαναπληρωσω, ευτυχώς συνεννοήθηκαν με το κατάστημα και την γλίτωσα. Και τα είχα ξαναπάθει πριν κάτι μήνες με ψυγείο απο την Λάρισα. 8 μέρες για ένα δέμα απο Αθήνα - Πρέβεζα λοιπόν. Ενώ υπάρχουν άλλες μεταφορικές που κάνουν ενα βράδυ.
