Πήγα με την σύζυγο μου και αγόρασα ένα μπουφάν, θα βάλω και φωτογραφίες πολύ σύντομα. Αγόρασα και ένα παντελόνι μπλου τζιν και δυο μπλούζες όλα καλά μέχρι εδώ. Κατά την δοκιμή το μπουφάν είχε θέμα με το φερμουάρ και μου φέρανε άλλο από το άλλο τους μαγαζί μετά από δύο φορές που το φόρεσα εγκλωβίστηκα στην κυριολεξία μέσα στο χαλασμένο μπουφάν και για να με βγάλουν χάλασαν το φερμουάρ, το ένα μπλουζάκι χρώμα καφέ έχε κάτι προστατευτικά στους αγκώνες που δεν είναι στο ίδιο ύψος του χεριού. Το μπλου τζιν έχει χαλάσει το φερμουάρ κατά τα άλλα όλα καλά. Δυστυχώς είμαι στην Ιταλία και λόγω των προβλημάτων με τον κοροναϊός δεν μπορώ να τα επιστρέψω. Πιστεύω ότι τα ρούχα είναι κάκιστης ποιότητας κρίμα.
I went with my wife and bought a jacket, I'll be posting photos soon. I also bought a pair of blue jeans and a pair of t-shirts all right up here. During the test the jacket had a zipper issue and they brought me to one of their other shops after twice I was literally trapped inside the damaged jacket and to get rid of the zip, one brown t-shirt had something protective elbows that are not at the same height of the hand. The blue jeans have damaged the zipper otherwise everything is fine. Unfortunately I am in Italy and due to problems with the corona I can not return. I think clothes are a bad quality shame.

Πολύ καλό προσωπικό, καλά σετάκια και ρούχα για πιο επίσημες βόλτες. Μας εξυπηρέτησαν τέλεια σε ότι και αν χρειάστηκε.
Very good staff, good sets and clothes for more formal walks. They served us perfectly in whatever was needed.

Perfect service, the blonde saleswoman in the store at no. 17, is an excellent professional. Polite, Helpful, Experienced, all with the E chapter and all to the extent necessary (no haha, no stressful, no burdensome). It wins you over and makes you want to be their customer.

I bought a jacket from this shop around a month ago, 4 weeks later, the zipper is broken and one of the decorative leather parts felt. One would go back to the shop and ask for a fix, which i did (when you buy a 120 euro priced jacket, you become furious when this happen and you expect a level of quality and a decent customer service even if the shop assumes its the customer fault) . The first encounter was with the manager, which he blamed me for mishandling the zipper and was bragging about selling a hundred piece with no issues (This information is irrelevant for a customer and there is nothing to back it up), he told me to bring in the jacket to fix it (you would assume it would be for a free). I went back with it, and was faced by one of the rudest inexperienced employee (the manager was absent)! i explained to her whats wrong and she replied in a very rude way that they dont have any leather parts to replace the lost one and i have to fix it myself, then she said i have to pay a 20 euro for a new zipper !! she bragged about the same 100 hundred piece sold with no issue (it seems this trend goes across the board in this shop), and these jackets are not made by the shop and they just sells them. I have asked her, what this shop offers the customer in terms of guarantee and as you would assume she doesn't have a clue, then she phoned the manager as i requested and before she explained the issue she started telling him like a 5 year old kids how i was rude to her (which was funny and untrue), it was more like a speech where she was tasked to convince him i should pay for fixing the zipper and you would assume correctly that the manager would stand by her, they developed the same behavior. In the end, she informed me, the manager said i have to pay, its a long zipper (long jacket type) and they might give me a reduced price, maybe a 15-10 euros if i'am lucky, Lol. A shop of this reputation is arguing with a customer about a 10 euro zipper for more than half an hour and showed all sorts of rudeness, inexperience and unprofessional behavior for a 10 euro zipper. Please Save your hard earned money and spent it somewhere else. I will be more than happy to give a random tailor a 20 euro or even more to fix my jacket.

I have no idea who the fat lady was, if she was the owner or an assistant employee but she told us she couldn’t serve us because the empty shop was full. I kid you not, the shop was empty and she told us she could not serve us because she had too many customers! Imaginary customers, I assume. Snobbery. Maybe they think, it’s the Chanel flagship store or Brioni? Because I was wearing the same clothes, I did to go shopping in Bond str in London where I am treated like a human. Baffling and rude behaviour. Well, I spent my money a bit further away and was treated nicely. Her loss, not mine as in this climate in Greece, in an empty store, you are on closure countdown.
