Spent days in email correspondence trying to push the fault back on their client. When informed that a refund was requested, they threatened with taking legal action! All that for EUR 35.
Maybe capable in their field of expertise, but definitely shortsighted and not service oriented.
I’m certain any response they post below will prove my above point.
