★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δεν έχει μηδέν αστέρια να βάλω, κλιματιστικό Midea έβγαλε βλάβη και ήρθα σε επικοινωνία με την εταιρεία αναφέροντάς τους το ακριβές μοντέλο. Με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι είναι υπεύθυνοι για το εν λόγω μοντέλο και ότι το κόστος επίσκεψης και επισκευής είναι 30€ + το κόστος των ανταλλακτικών. Όταν ήρθε ο τεχνικός ( ευγενικός αλλά με 2 ώρες καθυστέρηση χωρίς καμία προειδοποίηση) και αφού έκατσε 40 λεπτά είπε ότι τελικά δεν μπορεί να το επισκευάσει γιατί είναι παρεισαγωγή, ενώ τηλεφωνικά με είχε διαβεβαιώσει οτι είναι υπεύθυνοι για το μοντέλο αυτό και ότι υπάρχουν ανταλλακτικά. Φυσικά τα 30 € τα απαίτησε και μου είπε ότι σαν ψυκτικοί δεν μπορούν να αναλάβουν την βλάβη γιατί τους το απαγορεύει η πολιτική της εταιρείας, μακριά από αυτούς!!
Unfortunately, I do not have zero stars to put in, Midea air conditioner broke down and I came into contact with the company reporting the exact model. They assured me that they are responsible for this model and that the cost of visiting and repairing is € 30 + the cost of spare parts. When the technician came in (polite but with a 2-hour delay without any warning) and after spending 40 minutes he said he could not repair it because it was an intrusion, while he had assured me that he was responsible for the model and spare parts. Of course the 30 € demanded it and told me that as coolants they can not take the damage because they are forbidden by the policy of the company, away from them !!
