Το ξενοδοχείο «Ακροπόλ Παλάς» οικοδομήθηκε μεταξύ των ετών 1926-1928, βάσει σχεδίων του αρχιτέκτονα Σωτήριου Μαγιάση (1894-1966). Πρόκειται για ένα από τα σημαντικότερα δείγματα της ελληνικής εκδοχής του γαλλικού Art Nouveau. The hotel "Acropolis Palace" was built between the years 1926-1928, based on plans by the architect Sotirios Mayassis (1894-1966).
