What a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel ! The rooms and the bathroom lived up our expectations ! Beautiful view from the pool on the Santorini island. I have only one disappointment for the pool which was too cold ! Impossible to take a swim :(( But the hotel has a great localization to enjoy different beaches next to it. And the breakfast were perfect ! Thank you very much

Brilliant hotel accommodations with super personable staff. The hotel is elegant with spacious rooms and great breakfast included. Location is excellent if you want to stay outside of Fira; it’s about 20 minutes by car, atv, or bus. (Bus is phenomenal. It’s full sized, clean, comes every hour, and only 1.80€ versus renting a car or atv, or taking a 25€ taxi one way). There is a small charming village just 2-4 minutes walk from the hotel where you will find restaurants, convenience grocery store, pharmacy, and a couple of shops. All of these are much more affordable than in Fira. There’s a few activities to do in the area as well. There’s an ancient Venetian castle to explore just a couple minutes up the road, horseback riding, 20-30 minute walk to the beach, and much more.

Best three day one night anniversary vacation we have ever had and it wouldn't have been possible without Acroterra and it's staff. I planned and booked our trip the night before arriving, but there was so much that I did not anticipate about what was possible/affordable in Santorini. The front desk staff, who were more than accommodating, helped me book events, make reservations, contact shuttles, and educated me on how to easily get around the island using the public bus (showed me and gave me a copy of the bus schedule), which later became priceless information, and even getting us to and from the airport. They also held onto our luggage, after checking out of our room, so that we didn't have to drag our luggage around before our evening departure. We were able to book a couples message at the hotel's Spa, the day of our departure, which was amazing! Make sure to utilize the Spa during your visit, as you will not be disappointed. The only downside, because of COVID-19, the Spa's jacuzzi was closed. Acroterra restaurant's waiters and cooks were kind, accommodating, fast, and easily recalled our room number for charging our bill to our room..which is impressive. The bartender also does some bar tricks...I find it very entertaining. The pool outside of the restaurant is very well maintained. The water is very cold in Sepetember, but I didn't mind one bit given the perfect weather. Other people tend to leave trash around...I guess hoping that the wind will pick it up before the staff, but the staff are very good at ensuring cleanliness. As for the housekeeping...ΕΝΤΥΠΩΣΙΑΚΟ!!! Our first night there, we were slobs, but we returned to a clean and orderly room. They left us bottles of water, which was life saving. We left important documents out, and nothing was touched, moved, or missing. I honestly haven't stayed at a location with better housekeeping. I am very pleased with our experience, and WHEN we return, we will be staying at Acroterra Rosa. I cannot wait and it's only been one day...

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised when we were given a free upgrade. We were now in a spacious deluxe suite on the upper floor with a private jacuzzi and a breathtaking view of the caldera and the villages of Fira and Oia. An amazing feeling to spend a few pleasant hours there and relax during the mild nights / evenings either with the sun setting or under the starry sky. The entire hotel complex, be it the room, pool, spa, fitness or dining area, is very modern, clean and attractive, you feel very comfortable during your stay. The very nice staff also contributes to that. A big praise goes out especially to Stella, who welcomes the guests to the spa. She was really incredibly friendly, funny and it was a pleasure talking to her. Of course also the massage itself was really amazing and perfect. We can only recommend paying a visit to the spa during your stay. The hotel was very well prepared for Corona, and the staff implemented it very well. Upon arrival we checked in using our mobile phones and also the breakfast we could order one day in advance. The next morning we could either enjoy it in the dining area, in the room, or probably next to the pool. The breakfast buffet contained a large selection of very tasty, high quality and freshly prepared food. The location of the hotel is also very nice. The complex is right next to the road, but you hardly notice it, since in Akrotiri - unlike Fira or Oia - it's rather quiet, you can relax very well, be it by the pool or on the terrace. Also because of Corona there weren't that many guests in the hotel, which is why there were no problems with noise. We had an amazing stay at Acroterra Rosa and recommend everyone to spend their next Santorini stay here.

The Honeymoon suite was awesome. Stunning view to volcanos, quite place and very clean room. The staff was very kind and willing to help. Breakfast was perfect too with a big variety of traditional greek tastes. Room s pool view to volcanoes and sea. Honeymoon suite had even a big window with a view to sea which you could see from the bed. Spa facilities, parking area and big gym too!!! Highly recommended for honeymoon!!! Thank you all!!!

Simple: EXCELLENTISSIME! Location, view, room, staff, service, restaurant (service, food & price),... all was perfect for us (my wife & I) for our honeymoon (7days). Even if we had planned to eat out, we had diner at the hotel most of the time (5/7). Really tasty, not expensive, beautiful plate... Special thanks to the chef. In addition, the staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly.
