★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Kokkinos villas wants to manipulate the review, as I am not happy with them. I booked a taxi from airport to their hotel at 11.50. we stay from 02.10.2021-03.10.2021, And we paid 50 euros for the taxi.We had room 108, 2 bed rooms. we have pictures. I asked them how much for a taxi the Athinios port today. They said it costs 50 euros again and if the ferry leaves at 10.05, we can have breakfast at 8.00. And I said I will take care of taxi myself. I found taxi online with 30-37 euros. So I booked myself. They shouted at me this morning, and at my taxi driver, that I booked taxi with them so I will have to pay 2 taxis. I said I have never asked them for a taxi to the Habour. I asked only how much does it cost. They were screaming in the hotel at the reception this morning. They wrote to Booking that I was no show, so that they can still get my money and I cannot review. I am disappointed of their service. And will put it on google and trip advisor. please leave me a link for review. Otherwise, they still have review elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is spotless and the staff treats us like family. They are very helpful and generous. They offer recommendations for restaurants, beaches, wineries, etc., as well as arranging rides and rental cars. Hotel is away from busy city of Fira, but still near anything we need. We hope to bring the family for a vacation.

The location is not only great for watching the sunset but also for walking around the centre of Akrotiri, eating and having drinks. It is 100% recommendable

We booked the family room early (4 months before) and got an incredible deal for 6 nights including breakfast.
After visiting the chaos (even in May) that was Fira and Oia, we are so glad we chose a place in quiet Akrotiri. We did hire a car which was helpful navigating the island but with the value of Kokkinos, it came out better than even and was worth it.
The views were breathtaking and the private heated jetted pool was incredible.
The family room was much more spacious than the online video and pics indicated. The bed was really comfortable. The water was hot with plenty of pressure. The internet was quick and reliable.
The staff was polite, courteous, and attentive.
The breakfast was solid and we enjoyed the same thing every morning although you can mix it up.
Highly recommended and would stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location with majestic view of the sea from the hotel rooms. Breakfast good. Cab services available if asked at the reception. Good eating options restaurants nearby. Public transportation(bus) is 5mins walk from the hotel. The only minor problem i faced was our bathroom didnt had a key to lock.
