Instead I received a message that informed me for an unsuccessful delivery despite the fact that a) stayed home all day waiting for the delivery, b) the courier was adviced to call before the delivery and had available two mobile phone numbers in order to do so and c) the supplier of the package reassured us that they checked again today the delivery process and reminded acs that they should contact us before the delivery. Jo phone call has been made. Unfortunately I confirm the reviews below stating that it seems that the acs (or at least the specific branch in Patras) , does not do the job that it is paid for..
N	Nasos Laourdekis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely, disgustingly, extraordinarily UNPROFESSIONAL. Rude, intimidating, nervous entitled receptionist that think they do you a favor by telling you come to take your package or we throw it away. They do not deliver, they pretend they do, as 5 times, yes 5 times they said they delivered and I was not there, while I was stuck at home in quarantine. They are absolutely unprofessional and aggressive. They do not even bother answering the phone. Online ordering is not an option in Greece as ACS is the major handler for most deliveries and for every single order you have to go and pick it up. Never have I ever dealt with worse entitled receptionists before.
