Τηλεφωνώ από εχθές... και το μόνο που ακούω είναι το μήνυμα ... καλέστε αργότερα... 3/11/2020 Για να είμαι δίκαιος πριν λίγο έβγαλα γραμμή και μίλησα με έναν πολύ εξυπηρετικό άνθρωπο Δ και μου είπε οτι υπάρχει και άλλη γραμμή αλλά κακός δεν την δίνουν από το πλαίσιο ( εγώ από εκει έκανα παραγγελία ) 2610.994958. 2/11 / 2020You have had the whole year since the first quarantine I believe ... at least put a call center so we can communicate with someone or get on a wait ... in 2020 we are !!! L	Lefteris Zavitsanos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ κριμα που το Πλαισιο συνεργαζεται με τη μεταφορικη αυτη... περα απ το οτι κανεις αμαν για να τους βρεις στα τηλεφωνα, οι υπάλληλοι στο τηλεφωνικο κεντρο ειναι ανεδεστατοι, ειρωνικοι και προφανως δεν εχουν ορεξη να σε εξυπηρετησουν.. πρωτο ειδοποιητηριο 14/10 ουτε καν που πηραν τηλεφωνο.. υστερα απο πολυ ειρωνεια κ προσπαθεια κανονισαμε παραδοση την επομενη εβδομαδα... να σου λενε στο τηλ "η ιδεα να φορτωσετε το δεμα στο αυτοκινητο σας δεν σας περασε απο το μυαλο;".. ΑΝ ΕΙΧΑ ΑΜΑΞΙ ΚΟΥΚΛΙΤΣΑ ΜΟΥ ΔΕΝ ΘΑ ΕΜΠΑΙΝΑ ΣΤΟ ΚΟΠΟ ΝΑ ΑΣΧΟΛΗΘΩ ΜΑΖΙ ΣΑΣ It is a pity that Plaisio cooperates with this metaphorical ... apart from the fact that you can not find them on the phones, the employees at the call center are unrestrained, ironic and obviously have no appetite to serve you .. first notification 14/10 nor Even when they got a phone call .. after a lot of irony and effort we arranged a delivery next week ... to tell you on the phone "did the idea of loading the package in your car not cross your mind?"

Ο διανομέας είναι πολύ ευγενικός και ευδιάθετος άνθρωπος. Ο μόνος που μου έχει κάνει παράδοση στο σπίτι, ενώ από άλλες COURIER δεν έχω παραλάβει ποτέ εδώ και πολλά χρόνια. Εξαιρετικός διανομέας. Προτιμήστε τον. Order from FRAME. Well done to FRAME for her choice. Both orders were delivered within 4 days. The distributor is a very kind and cheerful person. The only one who has delivered me at home, while from other COURIER I have never received for many years. Excellent distributor. Prefer him.
A	Agg Mar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση, καθώς τελικά το δέμα μου δεν ήρθε μέσα στο χρονοδιάγραμμα (3 ημερών) αναγκάστηκα να πάρω τηλέφωνο την 3η μέρα και με ενημέρωσαν ότι το ίδιο απόγευμα θα είχα το δέμα μου και τελικά δεν συνέβη αυτό . Στις επόμενες φορές που πήρα τηλέφωνο δεν το σήκωνε κάνεις . Very poor service, as finally my parcel did not come within the schedule (3 days) I had to call on the 3rd day and they informed me that the same afternoon I would have my parcel and finally this did not happen. The next time I got on the phone, no one picked it up.

Παράδοση 26.03.2021 στο μαγαζί μου και το plaisio μου είχε πει παράδοση εως 05.04.2021. Αν υπολογίσουμε πως 25.03 ηταν και αργία, μιλάμε για άλλο επίπεδο μεταφορών. Αν εξελιχθούν λίγο ακόμα θα πάνε σε άλλο επίπεδο....διακτυνισμου!!! Ο κύριος που μου έφερε το δέμα ευγενέστατος και πρόθυμος να με εξυπηρετήσει μια και δεν είχα χρήματα πάνω μου,με περίμενε να πάω να φέρω!! Τι να πω... άψογοι σε όλα τους. Και εννοείται πως όλα τα μέτρα για τον covid-19 ήταν τα προβλεπόμενα. Μπράβο σας The best I have come across from transport so far. Order from plaisio 24.03.2021. Delivery 26.03.2021 in my store and my plaisio had said delivery until 05.04.2021. If we calculate that 25.03 was also a holiday, we are talking about another level of transport. If they evolve a little more, they will go to another level .... networking !!! The gentleman who brought me the parcel was very kind and willing to serve me since I had no money on me, he was waiting for me to go and get it !! What can I say ... flawless in all of them. And it goes without saying that all the measures for covid-19 were as planned. Well done
L	LENA GAVERA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο ειδοποιητήριο δεν αναφερόταν το ωράριο λειτουργίας, δεν απαντούσαν στο τηλέφωνο και όταν πήγα η ίδια στην διεύθυνση που αναγραφόταν στο ειδοποιητήριο δεν βρήκα κανέναν ΓΙΑΤΊ ΔΕΝ ΉΤΑΝ Η ΣΩΣΤΉ ΔΙΕΎΘΥΝΣΗ! Το πρακτορείο βρίσκεται περίπου 150 μέτρα πιο κάτω στα αριστερά σας (για όποιον το ψάξει...) Πάντως την επόμενη μέρα έφεραν το δέμα στο σπίτι.... (Δόξα τω Θεώ!) The notice did not mention the opening hours, they did not answer the phone and when I went to the address listed on the notice I did not find anyone BECAUSE IT WASN'T THE CORRECT ADDRESS! The agency is located about 150 meters below on your left (for anyone looking for it ...) Anyway, the next day they brought the parcel home .... (Thank God!)

Κρίμα που μεγάλα καταστήματα συνεργάζονται με αυτή την μεταφορική. Huge delay in ordering a white device !! Attempt to communicate for 2 days and I could not find anyone in the call center !! Αυτό έγινε το Σάββατο 29/01/2022. Θα επανέλθω με περισσότερες φωτογραφίες και λεπτομέρειες… Flawless professionals! They brought me a broken hearth from my oven from apothema.gr and ran straight to serve me so that there could be a replacement. This happened on Saturday 29/01/2022. I will be back with more photos and details…
