Το μόνο προβλήματα με έμενα είναι ότι το τιμολόγιο δεν το περνώ απευθείας από το κατάστημα αλλά μετα από ένα μήνα από τα κεντρικά γραφεία. Νομίζω ότι αυτό είναι λάθος τακτική. Staff with courtesy, clean space, prompt delivery. You do not want anything else. The only problem with me is that I do not pass the invoice directly from the store but after a month from the headquarters. I think this is a wrong tactic.
T	Themistoklis Tselikas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά της νεαρής υπαλλήλου,η οποία με αγνόησε,ενώ με είχε δει που ήμουν στην αναμονή, πηγε στο πισω μερος του καταστήματος, η άλλη υπάλληλος εξυπηρετούσε μια κυρία με τρεις παραγγελίες, γελούσε με τον διανομεα,ενώ γνωριζε για την παραγγελιά μου μια και είχα καλέσει πριν παω στο καταστημα και με άφησε να περιμένω,χωρίς να υπάρχει κανένας λόγος,15 λεπτα μια και ήταν διαθέσιμη να εξυπηρετήσει. Τέτοιες συμπεριφορές υποβαθμίζουν την εταιρία,εκτός και αν η εταιρία ανήκει στην εν λόγω κυρια και εχει εξασφαλισμενη την θέση και αδιαφορεί για την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών. Πιθανόν δεν τους ενδιαφέρει οι πελάτες να ειναι ευχαριστημενοι,μια και απλα παραλαμβανουμε.Εγω θα ενημερώσω και τηλεφωνικά την εταιρια που έκανα την παραγγελία,ώστε να έχουν γνώση με ποια εταιρία συνεργαζονται. Όσον αφορά το κατάστημα θα ήθελα περισσότερη ειλικρίνεια (Θα ήταν πιο σεβαστή) και ένα συγγνώμη στον πελάτη.Δεν είναι υποχρεωμένος ο κάθε πελάτης να αποδέχεται τα λάθη τους και την αγενής συμπεριφορά τους. Parcel transporters are perfect. Regarding the store I would like more honesty (It would be more respectful) and an apology to the customer. Not every customer is obliged to accept their mistakes and their rude behavior.

Εξαίρεση αποτελεί το ότι με παίρνουν τηλ για το πακέτο, τους λέω ότι θα πάω να το παραλάβω από το μαγαζί και ρωτάω τι ώρα κλείνουν. Μου λένε 8, φτάνω 7και τέταρτο έξω από την πόρτα και με ύφος μου κάνει η υπάλληλος ότι είναι κλειστά. Μπόνους πόντοι για τον διανομέα που έχουν και είναι πραγματικά ευγενέστατος κάθε φορά που τον έχω πετύχει. Excellent service, friendly environment in general. The exception is that they call me for the package, I tell them that I will go to pick it up from the store and I ask what time they close. They call me 8, I reach 7 and a quarter outside the door and the clerk pretends that they are closed. Bonus points for the distributor they have and he is really kind every time I have achieved it.
K	Kate Kast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τις αξιόπιστες εταιρείες, σε γενικές γραμμές, αλλά πακέτο που έχει φύγει από Βόλο και έχει ξεμείνει στην Αθήνα από τις 16/12??? Καταλαβαίνω ότι οι μέρες είναι απαιτητικές, δεν ξέρω όμως αν υπάρχει έλλειψη προσωπικουύ ή αν είναι θέμα κακής οργάνωσης ή αδιαφορίας...... (Μάλλον το δεύτερο ε?) From the reliable companies, in general, but a package that has left Volos and has run out in Athens since 16/12 ???
