★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο το υποκατάστημα Ραφήνας, άλλο τόσο και του Πικερμίου (που είναι το άλλο υποκατάστημα τους και η αποθήκη τους)... Σου στέλνουν μήνυμα για δρομολόγηση της παράδοσης, την ίδια μέρα και λίγη ώρα πριν παράδοση, κι ενώ η ενημέρωση κανονικά πρέπει να προγραμματίζεται από την μεταφορική εταιρεία προς τον παραλήπτη την προηγούμενη μέρα, προκειμένου να υπάρχει ένας στοιχειώδης χρόνος συντονισμού... Το πιο πιθανό να συμβεί ένεκα αυτής της καθυστερημένης ενημέρωσης, είναι να είσαι απών για την παραλαβή, αφού δεν την έχεις προγραμματίσει!!! Στην συνέχεια σου αφήνουν κλασσικά το χαρτάκι για να το δεις όταν επιστρέψεις αμέριμνος στο σπίτι, οπότε αναγκάζεσαι να πληρώσεις τον πάροχό σου για να τους πάρεις τηλέφωνο για να ενημερωθείς και τότε πέφτεις στην λούμπα τους και αρχίζει το μάταιο μαρτύριο αναζήτησής τους. Καλείς και ξανακαλείς τα δυο νούμερα, της Ραφήνας και του Πικερμίου για να ακούς και να ξανακούς το ίδιο ηχογραφημένο μήνυμα σε λούπα: "χρόνος αναμονής 2 -4 λεπτά" και με μια πένθιμη μουσική για να κλαις την μοίρα σου σε έχουν να περιμένεις 10-15 λεπτά!!! και κάποια στιγμή μετά από ένα τέταρτο αναμονής σταματάει το ρέκβιεμ και ακούς να σηκώνουν το ακουστικό... και λες δόξα το θεό... επιτέλους θα ενημερωθώ... στο κλείνουν στα μούτρα...

I'm waiting for a package from H & M and they do not answer. Shame so many people are unemployed they can not get a man to answer us in the pikermi ..We will not work again END

The worst courier in Greece. From 23/1 the parcel is "For distribution" and remains there without development. YOU ARE TRAGIC. Close it.

Glad they contacted me as I was missing but they came to the schedule they had sent me on viber from the beginning .... I will definitely choose it again ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εταιρεία!! Η χειρότερη! Είναι η τρίτη φορά που μας ειδοποιούν ότι δεν μας βρήκαν και το πακέτο έχει επιστραφεί! Μεγάλο ψέμα, γιατί είμαστε επιχείρηση με 24ωρη λειτουργία.
Υπάρχει συνέχεια κάποιος εκεί!
Ήταν να παραλάβω το Router και τώρα θα το πάρω μετά από 1 εβδομάδα. Απαράδεκτο. Μακριά από αυτή την εταιρεία!!
