Μάλιστα μια φορά που πήρα τηλέφωνο δεν μπόρεσα να συνεννοηθώ - μου είπαν θα με πάρουν πίσω και πότε δεν με πήραν τηλέφωνο. Αν είναι να σας στείλουν δέμα ζητήστε άλλη εταιρία. Πραγματικά δυσφήμιση για την ASC η ύπαρξη του εν λόγω παραρτήματος.
Twice they returned a parcel without delivering, without finding me or notifying me. In fact, once I got on the phone I could not communicate - they told me they would take me back and when they did not call me. If they are going to send you a parcel ask another company. The existence of this annex is really a disgrace to ASC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά και αυτής της μεταφορικής όπως και όλες άλλωστε στη Θάσο. Έχουν κρατήσει την παραγγελία μου πάνω από 5 ημέρες στο κατάστημα και ακόμη να την παραλάβω. Καθημερινά τους παίρνω τηλέφωνο και μου λένε ότι θα μου το φέρουν την επόμενη και ότι ο κούριερ δεν προλαβαίνει. Υποτίθεται ότι πληρώνεστε για να φέρνετε τα προϊόντα στην ώρα τους, όχι μόνο να εξυπηρετείτε συγκεκριμένα χωριά του νησιού. Μην σχολιάσω το γεγονός ότι σου δίνουν το τηλέφωνο για να επικοινωνήσεις άμεσα με τον κούριερ και εκείνος το κλείνει για να μην τον ενοχλούν. Απαράδεκτοι.
The behavior of this transport company as well as all of them in Thassos is unacceptable. They have kept my order for more than 5 days in the store and I can still pick it up. Every day I call them and they tell me that they will bring it to me the next day and that the courier does not catch up. You are supposed to be paid to bring the products on time, not just to serve specific villages on the island. Do not comment on the fact that they give you the phone to contact the courier directly and he hangs up so as not to disturb him. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπράβο στην ACS που είναι από τις λίγες εταιρείες που φέρνουν τα δέματα γρήγορα και τη προτιμούσα μέχρι τώρα...αλλά τις τελευταίες φορές είναι ένας συγκεκριμένος οδηγός που μου φέρνει τα δέματα, ο οποίος - ενώ του μιλάω κανονικά και ευγενικά, τύπου απλά του απαντάω που βρίσκομαι όταν με ρωτάει που μπορεί να με βρει- είναι πολύ ειρωνικός. Τις πρώτες φορές το προσπέρασα, αλλά κρίμα είναι να χαλάει η ψυχική ηρεμία μου (και από ότι βλέπω από τις αξιολογήσεις, όχι μόνο η δική μου). Να το κοιτάξετε αυτό, γιατί είναι κρίμα εξαιτίας ενός ατόμου να χαλάει το ονομα ολου του παραρτηματος. Επισης, κριμα να έχει μια δουλειά ένας αγενής άνθρωπος, τη στιγμή που πολλά νέα παιδιά μπορούν να τη κάνουν πολύ καλυτερα. Αυτά ως τροφή για σκέψη. Καλή συνέχεια και θα το σκεφτώ αν θα ξαναπροτιμήσω τη συγκεκριμενη εταιρεια στη Θάσο.
Well done to ACS which is one of the few companies that brings parcels fast and I have preferred it until now ... but lately there is a specific guide who brings me parcels, who - while I talk to him normally and politely, I just answer him where I am when he asks me where he can find me- he is very ironic. The first few times I overcame it, but it's a pity that it disturbs my peace of mind (and from what I see from the evaluations, not only my own). Look at this, because it is a pity because one person spoils the name of the whole annex. Also, it is a pity that a rude person has a job, at a time when many young children can do it much better. These as food for thought. Good luck and I will think about whether I will prefer this company in Thassos again.
