★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με εξυπηρέτησαν με ευγένεια.Κ ενώ έλειπα επικοινώνησαν μαζί μου κ μου παρέδωσαν το δέμα αφού με ειδοποίησαν στο viber αλλά κ τηλεφωνικά την επόμενη μέρα.
They served me politely. While I was away they contacted me and handed me the package after notifying me on viber but also by phone the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση,αγενείς μεταφορείς των δεμάτων, ποτέ δεν έχουν να δώσουν ρέστα με αποτέλεσμα να πληρώνουμε έξτρα και αυτούς και την acs.
Poor service, rude carriers of parcels, they never have to give change so we pay extra for them and the acs.

Πρέπει να αναβαθμιστεί η υπηρεσία ενημέρωσης των υπαλλήλων με οδηγίες για δυσπρόσιτες οικίες εκτός της πόλης.
Διαμένω στην εξοχή και προσπάθησα να εισάγω οδηγίες στο αντίστοιχο πεδίο, αλλά αναγκαστικά έπρεπε να αλλάξω την ημέρα παράδοσης.
Στην περιοχή μου οι παραδόσεις γίνονται μια φορά την εβδομάδα. Συνεπώς άμα άλλαζα την ημερομηνία δεν γινόταν. Το ήδη πληρωμένο δέμα μου θα επέστρεφε στην εταιρεία που το αγόρασα. Παρακαλώ να διορθωθεί αυτό για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση μας.

The staff information service needs to be upgraded with instructions for inaccessible homes outside the city.
I live in the countryside and tried to enter instructions in the corresponding field, but I had to change the delivery day.
In my area deliveries are made once a week. Therefore if I changed the date it could not be done. My already paid parcel would be returned to the company I bought it from. Please correct this for our best service.
