3 ατομα στη ρεσεψιον η συναλλαγή με εταιρεία που στέλνει καθημερινά έγγραφα σε όλη την Ελλάδα.Στον φάκελλο μπροστά η διευθυνση της εταιρείας στην Αθηνα και τηλέφωνο εκτός του τκ που κακως δεν γνώριζα αλλά επειδη η ελπίδα πεθαίνει τελευταία, συλλογιζομαι οτι μπορεί να γίνει η συναλλαγή σκρολάροντας το ονομα της εταιρείας στο συστημά τους. Αμ δεν η απαντηση ηταν το γκουγκλάρω και δεν δειχνει τκ. Δηλαδή ηταν τόσο δύσκολο να επικοινωνήσει με τα κεντρικά της η εστω με την εταιρεία που θα παραλάβει να μαθει τον τκ....αυτά τα ολίγα

Ποτέ δεν έρχεται σπίτι σου πλέον, ακόμα και με αντικαταβολή. Σου στέλνουν μήνυμα να πας να το πάρεις. Αν τους πάρεις τηλέφωνο να το φέρουν, θα σου πουν ότι ο οδηγός μπορεί να μην σε βρει, οπότε καλύτερα να πας να το πάρεις.

Κάνουν πλέον και αυτοί το κλασσικό που βάζουν στο tracking της εταιρίας "Αδυναμία παράδοσης - Απών" για να μη χαλάσουν τα στατιστικά του υποκαταστήματος, και τους παίρνεις και σου λένε α ναι δεν μπορούμε σήμερα σορρυ. Το τηλέφωνο θα σαι τυχερός αν στο σηκώσει κάποιος μέσα στα πρώτα 10 λεπτά στο hold. Γενικά αντιεπεγγαλμτισμός και δεν σέβονται τον χρόνο και τη νοημοσύνη σου.

So, I have an order coming from Bristol UK, UPS handles it up to athens, and everything is on track. Γενικη Ταχυδρομικη handles the parcel for delivery in Patras. Tracking is showing that it has been delivered to patras, however, at about 10pm I see that there is a problem with my delivery because "my address is wrong". I call UPS, I get the GT tracking number and a telephone. I check the tracking status and it shows that since yesterday morning at 10pm my parcel is en-route to me, and it has been registered as "unable to deliver". In the meanwhile no phone all day, nothing. Luckily, I was able to talk to a representative and they told me that there is no mobile phone number (untrue, as it is mentioned in both my order from the company of the product that I am expecting, and in the UPS email. So, the bottomline is that if I haven't called UPS first, I would've probably been waiting for days before I have an update from someone. At the moment they said to me that my parcel is scheduled to be delivered to my place today in the afternoon. I am wondering why people put up with these people. My suggestion is that anyone that has a problem like this, to complain to the company that is sending their goods through that service. The only reason that my post is not that bad is because I was proactive, and due to my action, I might have my parcel in time (-ish). Bad, unprofessional, a cartel!
