Received an sms informing me that my parcel would be available for pickup until jan 21 and hours 08:00-20:00, only to go there on jan21 at around 18:00 and to be informed that the hours on the sms were the store hours, and the parcel had left the store to be delivered back to the sender. Extremely unprofessional. 1 star just because i can't choose 0.

a	akis Asimianakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever in this ACS Sourmeli 'branch'! Extremely rude and offensive staff! Staff don't seem to know what they are doing and are not aware of their own procedures, packaging, invoicing etc. Totally unprofessional and the staff should not be allowed to deal with people and customers. Also staff not keeping safety measures, like not wearing masks, sanitizing or social distancing. Had dealt with them in the past, at this particular branch in Sourmeli, and there is no improvement whatsoever. This is the WORST BRANCH of ACS I have ever dealt with! I would rather go to a branch further away than ever deal with this branch in Sourmeli street in the future. I was even kicked out rudely before I could check if the receipt was correct! Let's see if my package reaches its destination in the time frame they promised, and in one piece with no damages to my mobile phone! Less than 1 star for the overall experience!

K	Kostaaa8 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning they asked me "Do you know how much you need to pay to send the parcel?" and I sad "No, you gonna tell me". Than they started to measure the dimensions of the parcel and almost doubled the volume, so I had to pay 3-4 euros more.... On the next day with another employee - same thing !!! They "measure" and lie in front of you! The tracking stopped working on the 2nd day, the parcel was received with delay.
A	Anna Papanagiotou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible unprofessional behavior. I did the mistake to order sth and I trusted the delivery date, thinking it would work like DHL. Boy was I wrong. No delivery. I am leaving the country and I still haven’t received my parcel. Honestly JUST OPEN A PARCEL CENTER SO WE CAN PICK OUR STUFF ALONE. And just save us from your disappointing service.
J	JJ TA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ couriers always seem to miss door 2 door delivery possibly they overlook smaller size parcels (???) to deliver the big ones, so u end up having to go there to pick it up but i like that 1) im given an option if i want to pick it up and from where 2) the employees in vathis have improved or they tend to be friendlier during morning hours when they have less work with returning parcels of the day 3) my last visit there 3 weeks ago did not have any problems, i was served immediately they keep covid measures of only 2 ppl in and the rest out, small queue in morning than afternoon and its not that bad if you use their choice msg that arrives by sms or viber. Only problem is what people say below in Greek that the parcels seem to never go door2door altho someone may pay the fee for door2door. I hope they improve further than worsen (cause they can always worsen I guess). Its also a very small ACS, only 2 or 3 employees so on congestion times you will be waiting on a queue.
