Μακράν το καλύτερο ταχυδρομείο στην περιοχή , ευγενικό προσωπικό , μικρή αναμονή

untracked δέματα και απλή αλληλογραφία είτε αργούν πάρα πολύ, είτε δεν έρχονται ποτέ, είτε έρχεται ειδοποίηση αφού επιστραφούν στον παραλήπτη. Δυστυχώς δεν βγαίνει κάποια άκρη.

Το Ταχυδρομείο που δεν έχει ποτέ κόσμο και όλα τα γκισέ είναι αδεια!

Το ταχυδρομείο περιοχής (10433) με αρκετά γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση, δηλαδή τις περισσότερες φορές λειτουργούν 3 ταμεία και τα νούμερα μια πάμε γρήγορα εάν βέβαια έχει κόσμο, όμως συνήθως δεν έχει πολύ κόσμο. Επίσης και η υπάλληλοι είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και βοηθάνε σε ότι χρειάζεται

What can i say, not more than perfect. The lady at the desk knew perfect english, the line was short and i was given perfect service in less than five minutes, courier letters to Hong Kong and Sweden. Thank ya

I have visited this post office many times during the past months and I’m disappointed. The only plus is that they have one lady who speaks English, that’s it. I am receiving many parcels from abroad. Some of them don’t appear in the ELTA system for some reason, so I cannot track them. Today, we made a list of 7 parcels (with tracking numbers) and went to the post office. The lady didn’t find it necessary to check in their system my orders and told that I can check them myself on their website. She told that there are no parcels under my name (without checking it). I don’t believe that she knows from heart names of hundreds or thousands of customers. Even if she knows, still, she could have checked the status of the parcels to know where they are, as now I don’t know where they are and when to expect them, a month has passed since they were shipped. Also, about a month ago I went to their office as one of my orders was delaying for almost 2 months. The lady checked the tracking number and informed that ELTA has nothing with such data - such tracking number does not exist. In front of her, I opened the website of ELTA and found my parcel with the same tracking number. Also, once in September 2020, I went to the post office and received my order (as I saw by the tracking number that it arrived). ONE MONTH LATER (!!!!!) I received a notification (paper) that the same order had arrived to the post office, even when I already picked it up one month earlier. How it’s possible??? This office has very inaccurate employees who do not care about their clients at all. I’m disappointed. I need to wait in a queue for 30 minutes to be told that I can track my parcels on their website by myself or that such order does not exist. It’s not normal.

Overworked but generally polite and helpful staff. Beats paying bills in a bank anytime!

Best experience I ever had in a greek post office !!! No wait and the employee was so helpful!!!
