Y	Yani Nomikos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικοί, έφτασε το δέμα Δευτέρα, ήρθε τελικά ο ταχυδρόμος Πέμπτη μόνο με το χαρτάκι που δεν το άφησε σε εμένα, αλλά πήγε απευθείας κ το έριξε κάτω από την πόρτα του διαχειριστή. Δεν έχει σημειώσει ούτε ώρα παράδοσης, κάκιστες υπηρεσίες, χωρίς καμία ποιοτική αξιολόγηση, δεν υπάρχει ελπίδα... Επιπλέον, υπάρχουν τρία (3)! ΕΛΤΑ κοντά στη διεύθυνση μου, αλλά πρέπει να διασχίσω τριπλάσια απόσταση να πάω να το πάρω από την Κουμουνδουρου. Ως γνωστόν δεν έχουμε δουλειές οι υπόλοιποι και πρέπει να αφιερώνουμε τις μέρες μας στις γραμμές των δημοσίων υπηρεσιών... Tragic, the package arrived on Monday, the postman finally arrived only on the card that did not leave it to me, but went straight and threw it under the manager's door. ELTA close to my address but I have to cross three times the distance to go to get from Koumoundouros. As we know, we do not have the rest of the business and we have to devote our days to the public service lines ...
C	Chris Landstrumm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικοί,, κλείνει 14:45 και πήγα 14:48 και δεν με εξυπηρέτησαν , ούτε ένα αστέρι δεν τους κάνει, παρακμή περιοχή, παρακμή κ αυτοί, ταιριάζει απόλυτα το περιβάλλον! Με τόσες αρνητικές αξιολογήσεις απορώ πως είναι ακόμα ανοιχτό! Tragic ,, closes 14:45 and I went 14:48 and they did not serve me, not a single star does them, decline area, decline and they, the environment fits perfectly! With so many negative reviews I wonder how it is still open!

Πήρα τηλέφωνο διότι μου ήρθε ένα μήνυμα για ένα πακέτο , το οποίο πήγε εκεί αντί να έρθει Ηράκλειο Κρήτης (όπου είμαι), για να ρωτήσω αν όντως είναι για εμένα το πακέτο ή αν έγινε λάθος. Το σήκωσε μια αγενέστατη υπάλληλος, η οποία αρνήθηκε να κοιτάξει τον αριθμό στο σύστημα να μου πει αν όντως το πακέτο ήταν δικό μου, ενώ δεν με άφηνε καν να τελειώσω την πρόταση μου και να της εξηγήσω τι έγινε. Very rude! I got a call because I received a message about a package, which went there instead of coming to Heraklion, Crete (where I am), to ask if the package is really for me or if it was wrong. It was picked up by a rude employee, who refused to look at the number in the system to tell me if the package was really mine, and would not even let me finish my proposal and explain to her what had happened.

Αυτό που θέλω να επισημάνω είναι ότι η περιοχή είναι τραγική, πάταγα πάνω σε συριγγες και περιττωμαρα η δυσοσμία ήταν αφόρητη κι παντού άτομα να κάνουν χρήση ναρκωτικών ακόμα και μπροστά στην είσοδο.. Κρίμα και για τους υπαλλήλους. Ντροπή!! The package with damage. Congratulations to the employee, even though he was a person with special needs, he served me perfectly, I have no words, well done! Θέλεις το δέμα σου; Μπαίνεις μέσα και πας και το πέρνεις ! βεβαίως απ έξω αν περιμένεις θέλει μεγάλη προσοχή γιατί είναι όλα τα λουλούδια και καραδοκούν. Κρίμα είναι να πας για ταχυδρομικές υπηρεσίες και να φύγεις χωρίς κινητό ή πορτοφόλι ? The mother loses the child and the child the mother in there. Do you want your parcel? N	NIKOS KARAGIORGIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχως για πολλοστη φορα χανω δεμα με την δικαιολογια οτι γυρισε πισω,ειτε γιατι αργησε να ερθει η ειδοποιηση,ειτε απο τον διανομεα ,ειτε οτι δεν ηρθε ειδοποιηση στο κινητο ,ειτε...ειτε. Ξεπερνάει τις τακτικές και διαδικασίες που έχουμε συνηθίσει. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό σε σχέση με εταιρείες ιδιωτικές courier. Very good service, the boss called me in person to remind me to pick up my parcel before leaving. It goes beyond the tactics and procedures we are used to. Σήμερα πήγα να παραλάβω δέμα που ήταν στο όνομά μου και έφερε την διεύθυνση της υπηρεσίας που εργάζομαι και μεταξύ άλλων παραλαμβάνω την αλληλογραφία. Η πρώτη κυρία μου ζήτησε βεβαίωση της υπηρεσίας (!) χωρίς να καταλάβει πως το δέμα είχε προσωπικό παραλήπτη εμένα. Της το εξηγώ δεύτερη και τρίτη φορά. Ευτυχώς στην τρίτη το έπιασε. Ξαφνικά όμως πετάγονται οι άλλοι δύο συνάδελφοί της και ξαναπηγαινουμε στο πρώτο βήμα να τους εξηγώ από την αρχή. Καμιά διάθεση συγγνώμης ειδικά από τους δύο τελευταίους οι οποίοι μάλιστα μου κάνανε και υποδείξεις για την δουλειά μου. Συνοπτικά, η εμπειρία ήταν προσβλητική, χρονοβόρα και ελλειπής. ΥΓ: Η παραλαβή δεμάτων γίνεται στον πρώτο όροφο χωρίς καμία μέριμνα για εξυπηρέτηση ανθρώπων με μειωμένη κινητικότητα, κηδεμόνες, συνοδούς κτλ. Η υλικοτεχνική υποδομή λοιπόν συμβαδίζει με την ακαταλληλότητα των υπαλλήλων. Too bad I can not put zero stars because they are so worth it. No apology especially from the last two who even made suggestions for my work. In short, the experience was offensive, time consuming and incomplete. PS: The receipt of parcels is done on the first floor without any care for serving people with reduced mobility, guardians, attendants, etc. The logistical infrastructure therefore goes hand in hand with the unsuitability of the employees.
