★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the delivery address is a post office they said no one was home. They hardly answer the phone and if they do they hang up. Most unprofessional courier I’ve ever experienced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One week later, still not delivered. Tracking status not updated for 5 days. Apparently it's lying in the central hub in Athens without anything happening. Totally unacceptable for a courier service, which advertises "Express Service - Next Day Delivery".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although courier services are a bit of a hit-or-miss affair in Greece, the people at this particular branch of the ACS Courier service (An.Gogoni, Chania) are both courteous and professional. I've used their services for over 10 years now and I've only good things to say about the people working there. As long as you treat them with respect and civility, they will do their best for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received twice shipment through this courier. Possible to track shipment through English language site. I prefer picking up from this location, rather than waiting for delivery home. Friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lie. One of the most unprofessional courier services I have ever experienced. I had a package delivered from Postnord (Scandinavia) to my Chania residence. The courier delivery person allegedly brought the package home and did not find anyone (according to them) and did not call me because it was a Swedish phone number so they decided to return to sender. On their log to the sender, they note 'customer did not answer phone' LIARS!! - their policy is not to call non-Greek phone numbers and as a consequence, I am having troubles to convince the sender to reship the package without extra cost. Disgusting agency - if you live in Chania, try to choose DHL or beg the sender from abroad to deal with them and NOT ACS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refuse to deliver even though I have given my telephone number and a meeting place. Phone call, press 1 for English then it is all Greek. Just a fake to avoid answering, They probably too busy drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes to actually care about customers. More than 1 email they refuse to answer. Everyone other company can deliver but not ACS which probably stands for A Courier Scam. -5 stars at best
