They don't inform you on the day they will come and give you the package.
The only info you got is from their tracking site nothing else not even a message.

They NEVER INFORMED me about it.
After 3 weeks they sent the parcel back, without even trying to delivering it.
They do not pick the phone. Just cancel the call.
Somebody told them this is 21 century???
