Ε	Ευγενία Σγουρίδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τρομερά αναξιόπιστοι και μη επαγγελματίες. Έστειλα δέμα, το οποίο ζήτησα να παραδοθεί πολύ προσωπικά και σε συγκεκριμένο γραφείο. Το δέμα παραδόθηκε σε άσχετο άνθρωπο, ο οποίος έδωσε και ψευδή στοιχεία, με αποτέλεσμα να μην γνωρίζουμε την τύχη του δέματος. Η εταιρεία δεν ήξερε να μου δώσει καμία πληροφορία, ούτε και φυσικά προέβη στο να διορθώσει το ζήτημα. Δεν καταλαβαίνω πως παραδίδουν προσωπικό δέμα σε άσχετο άνθρωπο, μη ζητώντας ταυτοποίηση στοιχείων ή χωρίς να έχει δοθεί εντολή εκπροσώπου παραλαβής δέματος. Το λιγότερο απαράδεκτοι και ταυτόχρονα αντιεπαγγελματίες, θέτοντας σε κίνδυνο αντικείμενα αξίας, οικονομικής και προσωπικής. Terribly unreliable and unprofessional. I sent a parcel, which I asked to be delivered very personally and to a specific office. The parcel was delivered to an irrelevant person, who also gave false information, as a result of which we do not know the fate of the parcel. The company did not know how to give me any information, nor of course did it correct the issue. I do not understand that they deliver a personal parcel to an unrelated person, without requesting identification or without a parcel receipt order. The least unacceptable and at the same time unprofessional, endangering objects of value, financial and personal.

Ath. 44 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήρθε ο κούριερ μέχρι το σπίτι και δεν είχε ρέστα για να δώσει με αποτέλεσμα να φύγει πίσω και να χρειαστεί ο πελάτης να περάσει αργότερα να παραλάβει ο ίδιος το δέμα από το πρακτορείο. Απλά Α.Π.Α.Ρ.Α.Δ.Ε.Κ.Τ.Ο.Ι ! The courier came to the house and had no rest to give so he had to go back and the customer had to go later to pick up the parcel himself from the agency. L	Lena Mouza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χειρότερο υποκατάστημα ΑCS! Αντιεπαγγελματίες, άξεστοι, αγενείς, όλο νεύρα και τσαμπουκά! Περίμενα ένα φάρμακο την Μ.Πέμπτη από την Αθήνα και αφενός, πήγε στην άλλη άκρη της πόλης και δεν μπορούσαν να το εντοπίσουν και αφετέρου, όταν τελικά έφτασε στο κατάστημα Ασβεστοχωρίου, είπαν ότι το φέρανε στο σπίτι μου, ενώ έλειπα. Όταν επιτέλους σήκωσαν το τηλέφωνο, το αφεντικό με μαλώσε που έλειπα ( ενώ δεν είχα ειδοποιηθεί?) και όλο απαξίωση και νεύρα μου είπε ότι κανονικά, μετά από 4 μέρες το ξαναφέρνουν αλλά αν περιμένω σπίτι όλη μέρα την επομένη, θα μου το φέρουν κάποια στιγμή, γιατί δεν ξέρουν τι ώρα θα βολέψει να έρθουν!! Εχει περάσει μια βδομάδα από την μέρα που θα έπρεπε κανονικά να παραλάβω το φάρμακο με επιπτώσεις στη υγεία μου, θα ακριβοπληρώσω μια υπηρεσία που δεν ανταποκρίνεται ούτε ελάχιστα το κόστος της και ανέχομαι κιόλας, την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά του κάθε απολίτιστου ! Ότι και πω είναι λίγο! Ελλαδάρα στο μεγαλείο της! Υ.Γ Ακόμη περιμένω.. The worst ACS branch! Unprofessional, rude, rude, all nerves and tsabouka! I was waiting for a medicine on Thursday from Athens and on the one hand, it went to the other side of the city and they could not find it and on the other hand, when it finally arrived at the Asvestochori store, they said they brought it to my house while I was away. When they finally picked up the phone, the boss argued with me that I was missing (while I had not been notified?) and all the discrediting and nerves told me that normally, after 4 days they bring it back but if I wait home all day the next day, they will bring it to me at some point , because they do not know what time it will be convenient for them to come !! A week has passed since the day I should normally receive the medicine with effects on my health, I will pay a price for a service that does not meet even the slightest cost and I even tolerate the unacceptable behavior of every uncivilized person! Whatever I say is a little! Greek woman in all her glory! PS I'm still waiting ..

Παντα ατην ωρα τους, καλη συνεννοηση και οπως βλεπω και την κατασταση των δεματων με το που φτανουν στο υποκαταστημα τα σχω την ιδια μερα, ακομα και Σάββατο χωρις επιπλεον κοστος. Επισης οι courier που ερχονται ειναι πολυ ευγενικοι. Almost the last year that I order I am often very happy. Always on time, good communication and as I see the condition of the parcels with what arrive at the branch on the same day, even Saturday at no extra cost. Also the couriers that come are very polite.
