E	Elena Tsitsouki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ απο τα χειροτερα courier...εχω παρει 3 φορες από εκει πραγματα και συνεχεια από το κατάστημα..πότε δεν με βρισκουν σπιτι, ακομα και οταν τους ενημερωνω οτι θα ειμαι εκει..δεν παιρνουν τηλ και δεν χτυπανε κουδουνι.. one of the worst couriers ... I have taken things from there 3 times and then from the store..so they don't find me at home, even when I inform them that I will be there..they don't call and they didn't ring the bell ..

A	AK-85 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλως απαράδεκτοι. Δεν χτυπησαν καν το θυροτηλεφωνο, αφησαν ενα χαρτάκι στην πορτα και οταν τους καλεσα η απαντηση ηταν "Δε μπορω να κανω κατι κυριε." Την ψιλιαστηκα και τους λεω οτι δε δουλευει το θυροτηλεφωνο και τους δινω τον αριθμο μου να με παρουν. Την επομενη μερα, για αλλη μια φορα χαρτακι στην πορτα οτι δηθεν χτυπησαν και απουσιαζα. Και παλι τους τηλεφωνω και μου λενε οτι δεν εχουν καν σημειωμενο το τηλεφωνο μου. Ειλικρινα δεν τους ελεγχει κανενας... ξεφτιλα... Simply unacceptable. Για 2η φορά περίμενα δέμα το οποίο δεν έφεραν τις ώρες τις οποίες ζήτησα και όταν τους πήρα για το πότε θα το λάβω η απάντηση ήταν ούτε την ίδια μέρα το απόγευμα γίνεται ούτε την επόμενη (Παρασκευή)..και να πάω εγώ να το πάρω. Ε όχι δα..δεν πληρώνω γι αυτό μεταφορικά. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ. And I have to put 1 star. Unacceptable store. For the 2nd time I was waiting for a package which they did not bring the hours I asked for and when I took them for when I will receive the answer it was neither the same day in the afternoon nor the next (Friday) .. and let me go and get it. Oh no ... I don't pay for it metaphorically. UNACCEPTABLE.
S	Sofia Lalou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι από κάθε άποψη! Το μόνο κούριερ στην Τούμπα που δημιουργεί τόσα προβλήματα στην παράδοση δεμάτων (έχω αρκετή εμπειρία τα τελευταία χρόνια). Τον τελευταίο χρόνο μόνο 3 στις 4 παραδόσεις ήταν προβληματικές. Δεν βρίσκουν ποτέ το όνομα σου στο κουδούνι ή εσένα στο σπίτι, αφήνουν χαρτάκι ή σου στέλνουν μήνυμα ότι υπάρχει πρόβλημα (φυσικά χωρίς να υπάρχει τέτοιο θέμα). Εαν σε πάρουν παρελπίδα τηλέφωνο (το άρχισαν τους τελευταίους 5 μήνες) και δεν το προλάβεις και τους πάρεις πίσω δεν το σηκώνουν ποτέ και το βάζουν στο σύστημα ως χωρίς όνομα (ω ναι!). Όταν παίρνεις τηλέφωνο η παράδοση φυσικά την επομένη αλλά με μεγάλη προθυμία σου λένε να πας να το παραλάβεις από το κατάστημα (μάλλον δεν είναι αυτή η λογική του κουρίερ). Η εξυπηρέτηση από το κατάστημα (όταν δεν μπορείς να περιμένεις άλλο) είναι θέμα τύχης. Έχει άτομα που είναι αργά και ελαφρώς αγενή, έχει άτομα που είναι αδιάφορα αλλά οκ στη δουλειά τους. Δέμα δεν έχω στείλει ποτέ από εκεί για να έχω άποψη για αυτήν την υπηρεσία. Δυστυχώς όταν βλέπω πλέον ACS σε κάποιο κατάστημα είτε δεν ψωνίζω είτε επικοινωνώ και ζητάω αποστολή με άλλη εταιρεία ακόμα και με επιπλέον κόστος. Unacceptable in every way! The only courier in Toumba that creates so many problems in parcel delivery (I have a lot of experience in recent years). Last year only 3 out of 4 deliveries were problematic. They never find your name on the bell or you at home, leave a piece of paper or send you a message that there is a problem (of course without such an issue). If they call you (they started it in the last 5 months) and you do not catch it and take them back, they never pick it up and put it in the system as without a name (oh yes!). When you pick up the phone, of course the next day, but with great willingness they tell you to go and pick it up from the store (this is probably not the courier logic). In-store service (when you can not wait any longer) is a matter of luck. He has people who are slow and slightly rude, he has people who are indifferent but ok at work. I have never sent a package from there to have an opinion on this service. Unfortunately, when I see ACS in a store, I either do not shop or I contact and request a shipment with another company, even at an additional cost.

Το να σου μιλησει ασχημα η αποτομα μια φορα επειδη ειχε νευρα, στρες η μια κακη μερα το δεχομαι, συμβαινει σε ολους μας. Το να σου μιλαει με αγενεια και εριστικα καθε φορα ειναι απαραδεκτο.
