Ομωσ Πολύ μεγάλη καθυστέρηση στις παραδόσεις συστηματικά και παρά τα τηλέφωνα για να αναζητήσω σε τί κατάσταση βρίσκεται η παράδοση δεν έχουν καμία συγκεκριμένη πληροφόρηση. Πιστεύω ότι είναι λάθος της εταιρίας!!! Girls are as polite as children! But very long delays in deliveries systematically and despite the phones to look at what condition the delivery is have no specific information. I think it is the company's fault !!!
Κ	Κατερίνα Γίμα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χθές 01/11/2021 στις 16:00 περίπου στην Αρμενοπούλου καθώς είχα παρκάρει κι έβγαζα την 5χρονη κόρη μου από το αυτοκίνητο ΑΠΟ ΤΗ ΜΕΡΙΑ ΤΟΥ ΠΕΖΟΔΡΟΜΙΟΥ, πέρασε με ιλιγγιώδη ταχύτητα από δίπλα μας ΕΠΑΝΩ ΣΤΟ ΠΕΖΟΔΡΟΜΙΟ μηχανή της Γενικής Ταχυδρομικής σταματώντας λίγο πιο κάτω. Πλησίασα την κυρία που οδηγούσε το μηχανάκι και για να της μιλήσω για το πόσο επικίνδυνο βρήκα αυτό που μόλις είχε γίνει. Εκείνη με αντιμετώπισε με πρωτοφανή αγένεια φωνάζοντας ασυναρτησίες όπως "όλοι αυτό κάνουν, φταίει ο άλλος που έκλεισε τον δρόμο, τί μου λες εσύ τώρα εγώ έχω τέσσερα δέματα να παραδώσω, δεν έχω σκοτώσει κανέναν μέχρι τώρα, " και τέλος ένα "συγγνώμη τί θέλεις να σου κάνω και τεμεναδες;" δείχνοντας ότι δεν είχε καμία απολύτως συναίσθηση της επικίνδυνης οδήγησής της. Επίσης όταν αμέσως μετά τηλεφώνησα στο κατάστημα του Λευκού Πύργου (αυτό αναγραφόταν) πάνω στην μηχανή, μου είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει υπεύθυνος με τον οποίο μπορώ να μιλήσω. Ελπίζω να φροντίσετε το ζήτημα πριν συμβεί κάτι σοβαρό. Yesterday 01/11/2021 at about 16:00 in Armenopoulou as I had parked and took my 5-year-old daughter out of the car FROM THE SIDE OF THE Pavement, she passed with dizzying speed from next to us ABOVE THE Pavement machine stopping by the General Post Office. I approached the lady who was riding the motorbike and to talk to her about how dangerous I found what had just happened. She treated me with unprecedented rudeness shouting nonsense like "everyone does this, it's the other person's fault that blocked the road, what are you telling me now I have four parcels to deliver, I have not killed anyone so far," and finally a "sorry what do you want to Am I making fun of you? " showing that she had absolutely no awareness of her dangerous driving. Also when I immediately called the White Tower store (it was listed) on the machine, I was told that there is no one in charge with whom I can talk. I hope you take care of the issue before something serious happens.
A	Anastasios Vassos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς πολύ δυσάρεστη εμπειρία. Κλασική περίπτωση ήρθα και δεν σε βρήκα ενώ δεν χτύπησε ποτέ το θυροτηλέφωνο ενώ αναγράφεται ξεκάθαρα το όνομά μου. Επίσης για να έρθει από Αθήνα το δέμα έκανε πάνω από μία εβδομάδα. Unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. Classic case I came and I did not find you while the intercom never rang while my name is clearly written. Also for the package to come from Athens it took more than a week.

Θα συμφωνήσω με τους προλαλήσαντες ότι ο οδηγός δεν ήρθε ποτέ και δήλωσε ότι ήμουν εγώ απούσα, με πολύ συγκεκριμένη οδηγία τοποθεσίας! Μάλλον αυτή είναι η γραμμή της εταιρείας. Αν θέλετε να γίνει η δουλειά σας επιλέξτε άλλη εταιρεία courier! Too bad they have no stars because they are completely unprofessional. I will agree with the previous ones that the driver never came and stated that I was absent, with a very specific location instruction! This is probably the line of the company. If you want your job done, choose another courier company!

Δέματα που δεν έρχονται ποτέ δεν χτυπάνε ποτέ το θυροτηλέφωνο ούτε βρίσκουν τα όνομα στο κουδούνι ( μάλλον πρέπει να το βάζουμε με φωτεινή επιγραφή) ο κύριος στο τηλέφωνο αγενέστατος ειρωνικός με πολύ άσχημο τόνο. Παρόλα αυτά ο οδηγός που μου έφερε το δέμα εν τέλη ήταν ευγενέστατος What's worse than a courier! Parcels that never come never ring the intercom nor find the names on the bell (we should probably put it with a light sign) the gentleman on the phone is very rude with a very bad tone. Nevertheless, the driver who brought me the package in the end was very kind
