0 stars, the representative was extremely rude when i called the customer service number. Inefficient service. They keep telling lies stating unknown address, no name on the bell etc. Simply Awful κλειστε το το μαγαζακι

Ok, ACS was ok many times, but what was my experience today... Parcel from the company "Croques" in Germany. GLS brings it to Greece, ACS organises the delivery here in Greece. The GLS sticker - clearly visible - states name, street, street number, postcode and town, on the ACS label, next to it, the street number is missing. I get a message that I have to pick up the parcel because the street number was missing and the ACS crew couldn't deliver it. Have they tried to look at the sticker right next to it? Do they know that it's not always easy for families to reroute their day to pick up something that was scheduled to be delivered.... Please train your personnel to look at the sticker 2 cm to the right in order to reveal the street number, which really might have gone lost transferring the address from the GLS to the ACS sticker... I'm not blaming general mistakes, we're humans, all of us, but boredom to solve a dead easy missing number which is right next to it... ☹️

The delivery man didn’t give us the packages because there is a problem with the number and asked us to the office. So next day we went there and they said we will received the packages tomorrow. But we waited whole there is nothing so we went to ask and they said the packages must be sent back to China because of the problem. I don’t understand what they are doing.

My parcel arrived at their store on 8/12/2021. They failed to deliver my parcel on Sunday 12/12/2021, claiming incorrect shipping address details (which is of course correctly stated in my order). Tried to call them back, but since it was Sunday, no one was there to take my call. The next day, on Monday 13/12/2021, I called them and found out that my parcel was scheduled to be returned back to the sender and they could hold it on their premises only for that day (13/12/2021) for me to pick it up. The same afternoon of 13/12/2021, when I visited their store to pick up my parcel they told me that it had already been dispatched back to the sender. Currently (16/12/2021), they are still trying to locate my parcel and I don't get a straight answer where it is located and when I should expect its arrival. Awful experience! (EDIT) They never further processed my parcel, despite my daily phone calls, and they dispatched it back to sender on the 20/12/2021. Now I am trying to get a refund, because they noted in the system that it was delivered!!!! Totally unprofessional behavior. Businesses should stop using them as their incompetence totally reflects back to their services.

Sorry but 1 star is too much for this ''company''. My receiving parcel has been in my location for more than 5 days and when I called them they were bored and rude and blamed the weather (which has been sunny and warm). GREECE IN ALL ITS GLORY!!!

Funny how I work fully remote due to covid restrictions and they always manage to ring my bell and I'm not there. Especially on the delivery day it was one of those days that I didn't left the house even for one minute. Poor delivery guy probably couldn't find the door bell that clearly stated my name or couldn't call me at either of the two phone numbers that I had provided. Get your stuff together or close the shop down. People are paying for a door to door service and they are receiving a pick from a warehouse that is on fire service instead. Disappointing and super frustrating to deal with. Will not choose an eshop that uses acs as a delivery method just based on that.
