★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The package was sent to Switzerland. Within 5 days it was returned to my Athens address. The recipient in Switzerland received no message to pick up the package no phone call no paper stuck on the bell to say they had tried to deliver. The first package delivered to same address one year before all ok. The second their mistake (ACS) received at the DHL office in Switzerland (they work with ACS) and returned to me without contacting the recipient. Here Athens they offered to resend providing I paid for another delivery of 75 euro.
