★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use Speedex. Honestly! Speedex and ACS are the worst transportation companies. Especially for Speedex, you can never find anyone on phone calls. I had an order for almost 1 week, even the order was on the shop in Aghios Dimitrios from the second day of my order. I was calling them for a week and noone answered, I called on the headquarters of Speedex, noone answered as well and they were not even able to find the order on tracking system. This is unacceptable for a company. I suggest you to not use Speedex...never... They deserve to have their "business" company closed and their employeers to lose their job. Thank you!

URGENT OR NOT THEY NEVER DELIVER THE PACKEGE
THEY DO NOT CALL.THEY JUST SENT A MESSAGE THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND YOU (EVEN YOU ARE AT HOME WAITING FOR THEM) AND TO CALL THEM BACK.
BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier company ever. They either never pick up the phone or put you on hold. They never contacted me while having all my information. Received a message saying they didn't find me at home while I never left home that day.
After I managed to get a hold of their HQ, they told me they would send them a request to call me, an hour and a half later I called again and got the same reply. Another hour later I called them and they said there is nothing they can do.
Finally, they told me they had the correct address but there was the same address in another area which is where they supposedly tried to deliver it, while dodging my question why didn't they call me to verify the moment they realized their mistake. Anyway that was on Friday ( the mistake clearly theirs) and their reply was "We cannot deliver it today, AND we are TOO BUSY on Monday, so you are scheduled for Tuesday".
Seriously, never expect any delivery from them. This is the third time I'm expecting a delivery from this company, and guess what, they NEVER find me home, although I always am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone? Forget it. No answer whatsoever. Delivery? Forget it. 5 weeks later for a local delivery of 2 parcels got only one and this after involving the e-shop. They always claim that I was not there. Bull. They never came. Have videos to prove that. E-shop also cancelled their contract with them and using a new company. Avoid at any cost. No wonder why FedEx went alone in Greece.
