Αυτό το έχω ελέγξει πολλές φορές με το tracking number της αποστολής στην ιστοσελίδα της εταιρίας. Παρακολουθώ online πότε έφυγε το δέμα, που βρίσκεται κατά την διαδρομή και στο σύστημα φαίνεται πότε ακριβώς φθάνει στην πόλη μου. Αυτό που μου αρέσει πολύ, είναι ότι με ενημερώνουν πάντα την ίδια μέρα για την παραλαβή και όταν το φέρουν στο σπίτι πληρώνω στην πόρτα μου με το POS τους. Οι άνθρωποι που δουλεύουν στο κατάστημα της Ορεστιάδας είναι οικογένεια και το προσωπικό ξέρει τι κάνει. Στις παραγγελίες από το internet, αν δεν έχουν την Γενική Ταχυδρομική ως επιλογή αποστολής τους το ζητάω για να είμαι σίγουρος ότι θα λάβω το δέμα μου στην ώρα του και στο σπίτι μου. Μετά από επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα στις 05 Ιουνίου 2021, αρνήθηκαν να μου παραδώσουν δέμα το Σάββατο (όχι στο χώρο μου, αλλά να το παραλάβω ο ίδιος από το κατάστημα), αρχικά γιατί υποτίθεται πως θα παραλάμβαναν τις αποστολές αργά, ώρα που θα πρέπει να κλείνει το κατάστημα (είδα το φορτηγό να φεύγει από την πόλη στις 13:00 (που σημαίνει ότι είχε φτάσει αρκετή ώρα πριν) και το κατάστημα κλείνει 14:00 και στη συνέχεια αφού επέμεινα, το γύρισαν στο ότι ότι δεν γίνονται καθόλου παραδόσεις το Σάββατο (κάτι που ισχύει μόνο για παραδόσεις στο χώρο του παραλήπτη για αποστολές που δεν έχουν χρεωθεί "Παράδοση Σαββάτου"). Αφήνω έτσι το θέμα, ενώ είχα δικαίωμα να παραλάβω την αποστολή και πηγαίνω τη Δευτέρα (07 Ιουίου) το πρωί (10:30) να παραλάβω και πάλι ο ΄διος από το κατάστημα. Μου λένε με ευγενικότατο τρόπο ότι δεν έχει έρθει η αποστολή μου, ότι θα έρθει με τις αποστολές εκείνης της ημέρας (το φορτηγό με τις αποστολές φτάνει καθημερινά περίπου 13:30 με 14:00 στην πόλη). Μετά από μισή ώρα, με καλεί άλλη κοπέλα από το κατάστημα να με ενημερώσει πως "Κε Τάδε, το δέμα σας έχει φτάσει". Μάλλον μπερδεύτηκαν μεταξύ τους και δεν μπόρεσαν να παίξουν καλό θέατρο και να υποστηρίξουν το ψέμα τους. Σαν να μην έφτανε αυτό, άλλη αποστολή που περιμένω, με αναχώρηση στις 07 Ιουνίου 2021, στο σύστημα δείχνει έχει άφιξη στο κατάστημα την επομένη (08 Ιουνίου) και επίσης στάτους "Αδυναμία παράδοσης - Απών Σημείωμα". Τηλεφώνημα πριν την παράδοση (όπως κάνουν πάντα) δεν έγινε ποτέ, σημέιωμα δεν υπήρχε και δεν λείπαμε από το χώρο καθόλου κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας... They were probably confused with each other and could not play good theater and support their lie. As if that were not enough, another shipment I am waiting for, with departure on 07 June 2021, in the system shows it has arrived at the store the next day (08 June) and also has the status "Unable to deliver - Missing Note".
