D	Dinos V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πλήρωσα έξτρα για άμεση παράδοση ενός δέματος το οποίο 10 μέρες μετά δεν είχε παραδοθεί και όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο για να ενημερωθώ για το τι συμβαίνει ένας κύριος αγενεστατα μου απάντησε ότι όταν μπορεί θα το παραδώσει. Ενημέρωσα τα κεντρικά για την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά και την επόμενη μέρα το δεμα παραδόθηκε. Ωστόσο με το προϊόν σπασμένο παρόλο που είχαν βάλει παντού την σήμανση "ΕΥΘΡΑΣΤΟΝ" και εννοείτε πως μου είπαν πως δεν φέρουν καμια ευθύνη, παρόλο που είχα φροντίσει να συσκευασω πολύ προσεκτικά το προϊόν. I paid extra for immediate delivery of a parcel which 10 days later had not been delivered and when I got on the phone to find out what was going on a gentleman answered me that when he could he would deliver it. I informed the headquarters about the unacceptable behavior and the next day the parcel was delivered. However with the product broken even though they had put the mark "EFTHRASTON" everywhere and you mean that they told me that they do not bear any responsibility, even though I had taken care to pack the product very carefully.

Αγενέστατοι υπάλληλοι, δεν καλούν ποτέ για παράδοση δεμάτων κι όταν τελικά καλούμε εμείς προσπαθούν με κάθε τρόπο να αποφύγουν οι ίδιοι την παράδοση και ωθούν στο να παραλάβεις μόνος από το κατάστημα. Με πολύ αρνητικό ύφος φυσικά και χωρίς καμιά ένδειξη ευγένειας ή σεβασμού. Να υπενθυμίσω ότι πληρώνονται για να το φέρουν στην πόρτα, κι όχι για παραλαβή από το κατάστημα, που φυσικά η χρέωση αλλάζει. Το POS του καταστήματος σε πολλές για να μην όλες τις περιπτώσεις αντικαταβολής δεν δουλεύει, ή κάνει αναβάθμιση, ή το είχε κλείσει και δεν ξέρω εγώ τι άλλη δικαιολογία. Δεν μας κάνετε χάρη ξαναλέω, πληρώνεστε για αυτό. Να μη πιάσω θέμα για την ακεραιότητα των δεμάτων που παραλαμβάνω, γιατί αυτό απευθύνεται πιθανόν σε όλη την εταιρεία κι όχι στο συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα. Where to start ... The most rude employees, they never call for delivery of parcels and when we finally call we try in every way to avoid delivery themselves and push you to pick up alone from the store. With a very negative style of course and without any indication of courtesy or respect. Let me remind you that they are paid to bring it to the door, and not for collection from the store, where of course the charge changes. The POS of the store in many so that not all cases of cash on delivery does not work, or does an upgrade, or it was closed and I do not know what other excuse. You are not doing us a favor again, you are being paid for it. Do not take issue with the integrity of the parcels I receive, because this is probably addressed to the whole company and not to the specific branch.

x	x primary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν επικοινωνούν ποτέ μαζί σου και αναφέρουν ψευδώς στην πορεία της παραγγελίας ότι επικοινώνησαν ,το pos στο μαγαζί τους δεν βρίσκεται ποτέ σε σύνδεση όπως επικαλούνται οι ίδιοι λόγο συνεχούς τεχνικού προβλήματος ?,απλά αποφεύγουν να πληρώνονται με pos , το έχουν σύστημα ! Εξωτερικό pos δεν υφίσταται για να τους πληρώνεις μόνο με μετρητά ,η μόνη courier στην πόλη ... που δεν έχει εξωτερικό pos . Ο κύριος ... δεν χαρακτηρίζεται , την κατάσταση τη σώζει η γυναίκα του . Χωριανοί που νομίζουν ότι απευθύνονται σε χωριανούς ❗️ Ένα τίποτα στο ρημάδι το ...χωριό ❗️ They never contact you and falsely state in the course of the order that they have communicated, the pos in their store is never online as they claim due to a constant technical problem ?, they just avoid being paid by pos, they have a system! C	CΗ N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μολονότι στην είσοδο του καταστήματος αναφέρει ότι λειτουργεί σε συνεχόμενο ωράριο από τις 8:00 έως 20:00 αντ' αυτού όταν πήγα (και πήγα 3 φορές) από τίς 16.30, ήταν κλειστός χωρίς να το αιτιολογεί. Αυτή την στιγμή εκτελώ την θητεία μου και προφανώς δεν μπορώ να βρίσκομαι συνέχεια εκτός στρατοπέδου, ούτε και να παραλάβω το δέμα μου όποτε ΤΟΥΣ βολεύει!
