★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν φέρνουν ΠΟΤΕ τα δεματα στο σπίτι. Για απόσταση 5klm από τα Φάρσαλα τη χρεώνουν δυσπροσιτη περιοχη. Πρέπει να τους πεις και ευχαριστώ που σε εξυπηρετησαν, δεν είναι τυχαίο μάλλον πως παντα έχετε αγγελία για υπάλληλο. Κλείστε το να πάρετε πρόβατα.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα θετικά είναι ότι ο χρόνος παράδοσης ενός δέματος/φακέλου είναι αρκετά γρήγορος και αξιόπιστος. Μου έχει τύχει να έρθουν να μην με καλέσουν και να πρέπει να πάω εγώ από το κατάστημα για να το παραλάβω. Βέβαια τον τελευταίο καιρό πάντοτε με καλούν, και ανεβαίνουν στο διαμέρισμα για να μου παραδώσουν τα δέματα. Δεν ξέρω αν άλλαξαν προσωπικό σε σχέση με πριν αλλά μπράβο για την βελτίωση.
The positives are that the delivery time of a parcel / envelope is quite fast and reliable. I have been lucky not to be called and I have to go to the store to pick it up. Of course lately they always call me, and they go up to the apartment to deliver the parcels to me. I do not know if they changed staff compared to before but well done for the improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξυπηρέτηση μηδέν. Δεν το σηκωνουν ποτέ. Αγενεια. Συνηθως το πακέτο βρίσκεται στο κατάστημα και το φέρνουν την άλλη μερα αν το θυμηθούν. Εκτός κ αν το πάρουμε απο το κατάστημα, αφου μας στολισουν γιατι πάμε από κει. Τραγικοι τουλάχιστον. Πάντα ψάχνω μαγαζια που να μην συνεργαζονται με τους συγκεκριμένους. Μακριά!!
