L	Lenia Pasia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, το ταχυδρομείο υπολειτουργεί. Ήθελα να στείλω μικρά δέματα στην Αγγλία κ η μία υπάλληλος με έστελνε στην άλλη. Μου ζήτησαν να κάνω εγώ τους τελωνειακούς ελέγχους μέσω της ιστοσελίδας τους, όταν τους είπα είναι δουλειά τους ξυνισαν ότι παίρνει πολύ χρόνο κ θα καθυστερήσουν την εξυπηρέτηση των υπολοίπων.. είπα οκ κ τελικά το σάιτ δεν λειτουργεί.. Μια υπάλληλος έλεγε ότι γραμματόσημα έχει μόνο το ένα ταμείο (!) Μια άλλη κυρία που της είχε έρθει ειδοποίηση για ενα δέμα κ ήρθε να το παρει επέμενε δύο φορές να ψάξουν να της το δώσουν γιατί δεν το έβλεπαν.. μηδέν αστέρια Unacceptable service, mail is down. I wanted to send small parcels to England and one clerk would send me to the other. They asked me to do the customs checks through their website, when I told them it's their job they said it takes a long time and they will delay the service of the others .. I said ok and finally the site does not work .. An employee said that he only has stamps one box (!) Another lady who had been notified of a package and came to get it insisted twice to try to give it to her because they did not see it .. zero stars
R	Rafsamazing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συναγωνιζεται τις υπολοιπες μεταφορικες για το ποια ειναι η χειροτερη. Με διαφορα ειναι η χειροτερη ομως. Κλειστα τηλεφωνα, 2 ταμεια εξυπηρετιση για 60 ατομα ειναι μερικα απ αυτα που θα συναντησει κανεις. Αυτα συμβαινουν οτι προκειται για μονιμες θεσεις δημοσιου. Αποφυγετε το οσο το δυνατον μπορειτε!!! It competes with other metaphors for what's the worst. By far it is the worst though. Cell phones, 2 cash registers for 60 people are some of the ones you will come across. It happens that these are permanent public positions. Avoid it as much as you can !!!
A	Angela Von Tokyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπουρδελο. 20 μερες καλω δεν το σηκωνει κανεις, ειδοποιησεις παψανε να ερχονται, θα κανουμε μαγικα για να μαθουμε αν εχουμε πακετο η επισημα εγγραφα η λογαριασμο. πχ. Προτιμηστε κουριερ τουλαχιστον να μην χανετε τα πακετα σας. Κλειστε το ,το μαγαζακι, ναυαγησε. Brothel. 20 days I call no one picks it up, notifications stopped coming, we will do magic to find out if we have a package or official documents or account. eg Prefer couriers at least not to lose your packages. Close it, the shop, it sank.

Περιμένω δέμα από το καλοκαίρι, δεν έστειλαν ποτέ χαρτί να με ενημερώσουν ότι βρίσκετε στο κατάστημα, όσες φορές πήγα να ρωτήσω δεν είχαν ιδέα που είναι το δέμα μου και τελικά επιστράφηκε στο μαγαζί από όπου το παρήγγειλα στο εξωτερικό. Οι υπάλληλοι αγενεστατοι και ειρωνικοι. Μακράν η πιο άθλια υπηρεσία. Epic unacceptable. I have been waiting for a parcel since the summer, they never sent me a letter informing me that you are in the store, as many times as I went to ask they had no idea what my parcel is and it was finally returned to the store from where I ordered it abroad. The employees are rude and ironic. By far the most miserable service.
E	Eriglena Sulozeqi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ούτε ενα αστέρι τους αξίζει. Θα μιλήσω για το τμήμα διανομής των φακέλων. Περιμένω εδώ και ενα μήνα κάρτα απο τράπεζα η οποία αφορά επιχείρηση και θέλω να κάνω πληρωμές. Η κάρτα έχει χαθεί προφανώς και αφού έχω πάει ήδη 3 φορές από κοντά και δεν έχω παραλάβει κάρτα. Και όταν ζητάω λύση για κάτι που αυτοί φταίνε η απάντηση είναι σας φαίνομαι να έχω κανα φακιολι που βγάζει κάρτες και ότι η διεύθυνση δεν είναι σωστή για αυτό δεν την λαμβάνω κι ας έχω τσεκάρει για πολλοστή φορά ότι έχει δηλωθεί σωστή διεύθυνση. Και θα μπορούσε να είναι ενα τυχαίο γεγονός αλλά είναι η τρίτη φορά που μου συμβαίνει με κάρτα και την μια φορά αναγκάστηκα να ακυρώσω την κάρτα που δεν παρέλαβα ποτέ όπως θα κάνω και αυτή την φορά. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!!! They do not deserve a single star. I will talk about the file distribution department. I have been waiting for a month for a card from a bank that concerns a business and I want to make payments. The card has obviously been lost since I have already been there 3 times and I have not received a card. And when I ask for a solution for something that they are to blame, the answer is that I seem to have a case that produces cards and that the address is not correct, so I do not receive it, even though I have checked for the umpteenth time that the correct address has been declared. And it could be a random event but it is the third time it happens to me with a card and once I had to cancel the card that I never received as I will do this time. UNACCEPTABLE !!!!

C	Catherine Μ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never received a notification for a parcel that had to be sent twice (never received it), And additionally they NEVER answer on the phone. Even in the complaint form, NEVER got an answer!!! If it had a no star (or below) I would rate it!!!!

Then was sent in Athens at 30/4 just to be placed in a truck at 7/5 and be transferred again in Thessaloniki and then to Larisa at 11/5. Today 9/6 I haven't get it yet although seems that has arrived in Volos at 31/5.... Hello... Is there anyone with brain in his head...
