★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα βάλει τέσσερα αστεράκια παλαιότερα γιατί σας έλειπε η ταχύτητα εξυπηρέτησης εντός καταστήματος κατά βάση. Πλέον, ΠΡΟΦΑΝΩΣ, σας λείπει ο επαγγελματισμός, η συνέπεια, η αντίληψη, η ευθιξία και πολλά ακόμη. Ας μιλήσω με γεγονότα. Ληγμένος λογαριασμός ρεύματος πάνω από είκοσι ημέρες γιατί ο υπάλληλος έχει αναρρωτική άδεια. Και αν εγώ δεν περνούσα από το κατάστημα να αναζητήσω τον λογαριασμό θα μου έκοβαν και το ρεύμα δηλαδή!Αν ο υπάλληλος σας αρρωστήσει μην τυχόν σκεφτείτε να τον αναπληρώσετε!! Χάλασε ο διακανονισμός οφειλής μου με την ΔΕΗ επειδή ο λογαριασμός δεν πληρώθηκε εμπρόθεσμα, έχασα επιπλέον και την έκπτωση συνέπειας, αλλά δεν τρέχει τίποτα παιδιά, τι να κάνετε? Αρρώστησε ο υπάλληλος, οπότε η ΔΕΗ και η κάθε υποχρέωση μας που εξαρτάται από την εξυπηρέτηση σας θα καταλάβει... Τι να πω πραγματικά... Για να καταλήξω και στον υπάλληλο ο οποίος ήταν του τύπου "και τι να κάνω εγωωώ", "σηκώνω τα χέρια ψηλά", "και τι να γίνει τώρα" ΕΙΣΤΕ ΚΑΘΟΛΟΥ ΣΟΒΑΡΟΙ? ΤΡΑΓΕΛΑΦΙΚΟΙ ΚΑΤΑΛΗΞΑΤΕ! Λυπάμαι πραγματικά, καιρό είχα να αντιμετωπίσω τόσο άθλια οργάνωση κι εξυπηρέτηση.
I had put four stars before because you lacked the in-store service speed basically. Now, obviously, you lack professionalism, consistency, perception, flexibility and much more. Let me speak with facts. Expired electricity bill more than twenty days because the employee is on sick leave. And if I didn't go through the store to look for the bill I would have the power cut off too! If your employee gets sick don't think you can replenish it !! My debt settlement with PPC broke down because the bill was not paid on time, I also lost the consistency deduction, but no kids running, what to do? The employee got sick, so PPC and any of our obligations that depend on your service will understand ... What can I really say ... To end up with the employee who was "and what should I do", " raise your hands high "," and what to do now "ARE YOU SERIOUS? LOVE YOU FINISH! I'm really sorry, I've had to deal with such miserable organization and service for a long time.
