Ότι ώρα και να καλέσεις δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας με υπάλληλο του καταστήματος. Δηλαδή εν μέσω COVID-19 κατάστασης αναγκαζόμαστε να μετακινηθούμε για έστω και μια απλή ερώτηση. Πολύ έξυπνο! Δεν ξέρω ποιος το σκέφτηκε αλλά αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια! The phone is deliberately set up through the call center from November 27 to not let you talk to the store. Σε κάθε επικοινωνία εκτός της αιώνιας αναμονής στο τηλέφωνο, υπήρχαν συνεχείς δικαιολογίες για την αδυναμία παράδοσης του πακέτου. Εν μέσω covid είναι απαράδεκτο να πρέπει να παραλαμβάνεις ο ίδιος το πακέτο σου όταν χρεώνεσαι για την υπηρεσία Poor service with long delays and incomplete information on the course of delivery. In every communication except the eternal waiting on the phone, there were constant excuses for the impossibility of delivering the package. In the middle of covid it is unacceptable to have to pick up your package yourself when you are charged for the service
