R	Rochelle Tobias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was waiting all day after they sent mesage to Viber that it's on the way, they came and left paper outside the door! Didn't ring our bell to confirm if there's someone at home.. Now i have to go there to pick up my order!!
M	Marina Tzannes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acs should not be considered a courier service. They do not deliver at home and you need to go and collect the package. They claim to come by and not find somebody home, but only leave notifications and do not ring the bell. This is not an isolated incident but seems to be the norm.

All other couriers seem to manage perfectly all right during lockdowns, with minimum delays (e.g. I received a package the other day from Spain in 2 days). ACS seems to be the only one that suffers so much. It's been 5 days to bring a small parcel from Glyfada to Kallithea, and the phone centre politely -- but passively aggressively -- informed me that 'if they don't bring it by Friday (i.e. another 3 days), they'll bring it next week (undetermined ETD)'. I guess even their own operators are sick and tired of dealing with unhappy customers. When the national postal service is faster than a courier service, then it's time to stop buying from shops that offer only ACS as a delivery option, don't you think? I've already let the chemist I've shopped from know this.

M	Michal Kohlmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy and horrible service. Avoid. ACS did not even attempt delivery. Instead, they claimed that phone number was wrong. They did not leave a note at the property, did not send a text message, did not call. Only the sender emailed me that the package was waiting at the delivery office! It would have been sent back otherwise. Also, opening hours on Google maps don't match the reality. Avoid at all costs. It is as bad service level as DHL. Both are terrible
A	Adil Raihani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service at the counter but messages are sent through Viber, the least used message platform, I would prefer a normal sms where no spam comes in. As Viber is not that much used, iPhones offloads apps when not used often but I store services was friendly and well manned with 3 people working!
