★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ξέρω καν γιατί έχετε τηλεφωνικό αριθμό, αφού δεν το σηκώνει ποτέ κανείς. Μονίμως καθυστερήσεις, δύο φορές έτυχε να γίνει παραγγελία μου μέσω ΕΛΤΑ και δυστυχώς διαχειρίζεται αυτό το κατάστημα την περιοχή μου. Κρίμα.
 I do not even know why you have a phone number, since no one ever picks it up. Permanent delays, twice I happened to place my order through ELTA and unfortunately this store manages my area. Pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΔΕΝ ΑΝΤΕΧΕΤΑΙ. Ούτε η ουρά, ούτε και η εξυπηρέτηση. Ένα άτομο δουλεύει (άντε 2 αν είσαι τυχερός) για να βγάλει πέρα 20. Καλύτερα να πας εξωτερικό να πάρεις δέμα και να γυρίσεις. Πιο γρήγορα θα κάνεις. Αα για να μην αναφέρω το γεγονός πως παίζουν πάσες με το δέμα σου. Τη μία είναι εδώ, την άλλη στην Καλλιθέα, την επόμενη Ταύρο. Το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι ποτέ δεν σε πετυχαίνουν σπίτι. Ίσως να πετύχεις εσύ καμιά ειδοποίηση.
IT'S UNBEARABLE. Neither the queue nor the service. One person works (instead of 2 if you are lucky) to make 20. It is better to go abroad to get a parcel and come back. You will do it faster. Oh not to mention the fact that they play passes with your package. One is here, the other in Kallithea, the next Tavros. The only sure thing is that they never succeed at home. You may receive any notification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλείστε το απλά. 1 υπάλληλος για να εξυπηρετήσει τον κόσμο. Ο οποίος είναι κ βραδύποδας. 1 άτομο ανά 7 λεπτά!!!! Είστε οι χειρότεροι.
Close it just. 1 employee to serve the world. Who is a sluggish. 1 person every 7 minutes !!!! You are the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. They have my package, said they delivered but I’m home and nobody rang my doorbell.
Now they don’t even pick up the phone to reschedule another time to come and deliver the package.
Plus I live in Glyfada. What is my package doing there? TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Greek postal service is in desperate need of reform and more financial support, this ELTA location, like all of them, can be very difficult to organize but the people are (mostly) nice and helpful.
