Το ίδιο χάλι με τις υπόλοιπες κούριερ της περιοχής. No answer on the phones. If you are unlucky enough to receive your parcel on Monday or midweek, you may receive it on Saturday. The same mess with the other couriers in the area.

Όλο μια κλήση βρίσκουμε που δεν χτύπησε και δυστυχώς φύγαμε από την περιοχή. We have very good service in the store. The bad thing is that we have not received any package at our place. Όταν του λέω την περιοχή λέει ότι θα περάσει την επόμενη ημέρα (Τρίτη). Την Τρίτη καμία ενημέρωση, δεν πέρασε ποτέ. Τις επόμενες ημέρες έως και την Παρασκευή δεν είχα τη δυνατότητα να παραλάβω λόγω επαγγελματικών υποχρεώσεων στην Αθήνα. Ελέγχω το ωράριο του καταστήματος το οποίο αναφέρει ότι Σάββατο είναι ανοιχτά μέχρι το μεσημέρι (όπως είναι και οι υπόλοιπες κούριερ της περιοχής). Πηγαίνω από τον Ωρωπό μέχρι το κατάστημα για να διαπιστώσω πως είναι κλειστό (20+20 χιλιόμετρα χωρίς λόγο). Δυστυχώς η εξυπηρέτηση μίας μεγάλης περιοχής από ένα κατάστημα που βρίσκεται τόσο μακριά (και εκτός των ορίων του Δήμου) σε συνδυασμό με τις δυσκολίες επικοινωνίας και τη μη έγκυρη ενημέρωση δημιουργεί προβλήματα πολλές φορές. Αν μη τι άλλο τα ωράρια λειτουργίας θα έπρεπε να είναι ακριβή, δεν απαιτεί κόπο αυτό. If nothing else the opening hours should be accurate, it does not require effort.

Στο track & trace αναφέρετε ότι ο παραλήπτης έλειπε για δύο συνεχόμενες ημέρες, ενώ εγώ είμαι με covid εδώ και μια βδομάδα στο σπίτι και δεν έχω λάβει και καμία κλήση ή μήνυμα. Επίσης αφορά πακέτο από φαρμακείο. Θα είναι η δεύτερη φορά που θα υποχρεωθεί να έρθει άτομο να παραλάβει το δέμα από τα Οινόφυτα, ενώ μένουμε στο Πολυδένδρι. Εάν δεν μπορείτε να εξυπηρετήσετε μην αναλαμβάνετε και εννοείτε σταματήστε τα ψέματα, τουλάχιστον πείτε ειλικρινά ότι "κοστίζει να κάνω τόσα χιλιόμετρα, αν θέλεις δέμα έλα να το πάρεις μόνος σου". I have been waiting for a parcel for 5 days. In the track & trace you mention that the recipient was missing for two consecutive days, while I have been with covid for a week now at home and I have not received any call or message. It also concerns a package from a pharmacy. It will be the second time that a person will be forced to come to pick up the parcel from Oinofyta, while we live in Polydendri. If you can not serve do not undertake and you mean stop lying, at least honestly say that "it costs me to do so many kilometers, if you want a package come and get it yourself".

Arent u delivery service, sure I dont want u to frame it and decorate your office with it.. now they said delivery will be monday, tuesday.. we will see, i dont hope too much. I will try not to use them again.
