Ήρθε αποστολή δέματος τη μοναδική μέρα που είχα ενημερώσει ότι θα λείπω;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλιο σέρβις, αγενέστατο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, «κούριερ» που απαιτεί από τον πελάτη να κατεβεί από τον όροφο της πολυκατοικίας (γριά 89 ετών) στο πεζοδρόμιο για να να παραλάβει το δέμα, αλλά δεν μπορεί να τον περιμένει! Το ότι άφησαν σημείωμα όπου σημειώνεται ψευδώς ότι δεν εντόπισαν τα στοιχεία στο κουδούνι, ή το ότι μόλις πάνε να σηκώσουν το τηλέφωνο κλείνει γραμμή τέσσερις φορές τη σειρά, είναι δευτερεύοντα
Poor service, rude call center, "courier" that requires the customer to go down from the floor of the apartment building (89 years old) to the sidewalk to pick up the parcel, but can not wait! The fact that they left a note where it is falsely noted that they did not find the information on the bell, or that as soon as they go to pick up the phone it closes the line four times in a row, is secondary
