S	Stelios ATAKTIDIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από Πέμπτη 26/8 έφυγε το πακέτο από Μυτιλήνη, έφτασε Άγιο Στέφανο Αττικής 27/8 πρωί, μέχρι Τρίτη 31/8 το έδειχνε εκεί...!!! Τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία, ευγενική κυρία, μου είπε ότι το δέμα έφτασε Δευτέρα 30/8 στο παράρτημα του Ωρωπού, αλλά δεν έχουν δρομολόγιο για Σκάλα Ωρωπού, σήμερα 31/8!!!. Ενημέρωσα και πήγα να το παραλάβω μόνος μου. Εκεί ο διανομέας, φόρτωνε δέματα και αλληλογραφία μέσα σε ιχ για τη διανομή και όχι σε βανακι της acs!!!! Χωρίς λόγια! Τα ΕΛΤΑ πιο γρήγορα θα το έφερναν!!! From Thursday 26/8 the package left Mytilene, it arrived in Agios Stefanos Attica 27/8 in the morning, until Tuesday 31/8 it showed it there ... !!! Telephone communication, polite lady, told me that the parcel arrived on Monday 30/8 at the Oropos branch, but they do not have a route to Skala Oropos, today 31/8 !!!. I informed and went to pick it up myself. There the distributor was loading parcels and mail in cars for distribution and not in an acs van !!!! Without words! ELTA would bring it faster !!!

Αλλά με το κατάστημα του Ωρωπού πρέπει να είναι πολύ κάτω του μετρίου το διανοητικό τους επίπεδο.. είχα ένα δέμα, και όπως πάντα μου στέλνουν μηνύματα τον αριθμό αποστολής για να μπορώ να το παραλάβω και εγώ..το δέμα λοιπόν ήρθε στον Ωρωπό κανένας δεν με πήρε τηλέφωνο και βλέπω την ίδια μέρα το απόγευμα ότι το θέμα έχει επιστρέψει στην Αθήνα στην διεύθυνση της αρχικής παραγγελίας. Οπότε τα άτομα είναι τόσο ανεύθυνα που ούτε καν πρόσεξαν το δέμα που μετέφεραν και το ξαναπήγα πίσω. Μια δουλειά έχουν να κάνουν... διανομή δεμάτων.. και δεν την κάνουν καθόλου καλά.. !! Not at all a good experience with Acs in general. But with the Oropos store, their mental level must be far below average .. I had a parcel, and as always they send me the shipment number so that I can receive it too .. so the parcel came to Oropos no one he called me and I see the same day in the afternoon that the item has returned to Athens at the address of the original order. So the people are so irresponsible that they did not even notice the package they were carrying and I took it back. They have a job to do ... distributing parcels .. and they do not do it well at all .. !!
