I also had a bad experience with one of their courier who had a bad behavior towards me and no patience. Whenever I can, I avoid speedex and choose another courier company.

D	D.G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 Stars I had to wait in Line forever. There is no music, nothing and I did not even know if the lady would come back to the phone. I waited almost 20 min then again on hold for 10 min. Finally someone talks to me and they will send me a courier to pic up my item. The courier was supposed to show up until 17:00 last week. Nobody ever showed up.nobody called me,nothing Next morning I called. I have spend almost an hour in the line until i finally decided to give up and and just keep my false ordered item. After the other courier was trash i thought i am lucky this time, but no they are all lazy. Shame on you with non existent service, better close that store if you don't like to work.
E	EternalListener on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my order number, sat outside in the cold for 1 hour just to go back in and realize my order number was not taken down, 5 minutes after that I get a "we cannot locate your order". Good luck to both people waiting in line and understaffed people working there in the joke called speedex. Avoid!
