★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω καμιά σχέση και καμιά συναλλαγή με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα , δεν μένω Θεσσαλονίκη και αυτό που γράφω δεν έχει να κάνει με τη συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση αλλά με την εταιρία της AEG. Όπου διαβάσετε για AEG ή Electrolux και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών απλά προσπεράστε. Οι άνθρωποι δεν παίζονται. Σε πλυντήριο 9 μηνών έκανε τρύπα το λάστιχο της πόρτας και ενώ στους όρους εγγύησης αναφέρεται ότι ΟΠΟΙΟΔΗΠΟΤΕ ελαττωματικό εξάρτημα θα αντικατασταθεί εντός 24 μηνών φυσικά αρνήθηκαν ... Όταν ρώτησα λοιπόν ακόμα και για να πληρώσω για την επιδιόρθωση η απάντηση ήταν ότι πρέπει να περιμένω 2 βδομάδες για ένα λάστιχο. Δηλαδή για πιο σοβαρή ζημιά πόσο θα περιμέναμε....Δεύτερο παιδί θα έκανα.Φυσικά στα μηνύματα που έστειλα στα κεντρικά της εταιρίας δεν πήρα απάντηση. Μιλάμε για τρομερή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών......

Αρχικά να σας ευχαριστήσω που μπήκατε στη διαδικασία να απαντήσετε και να δείξετε ενδιαφέρον.Το θεωρώ πολύ τίμιο εκ μέρους σας. Κάτι που δεν έκανε η ίδια η Electrolux. Τους έστειλα 3 μηνύματα και με συνδέσανε με Κάιρο..... Σιγά μην ανεβάσουν αρνητική κριτική στη σελίδα τους. Το ξαναλέω δεν έχω πρόβλημα μαζί σας και πολύ πιθανόν να σας καλέσω τις επόμενες μέρες ,όμως θα πω αυτό που είπα και στο κατάστημα από όπου αγόρασα το πλυντήριο. Η κάθε εταιρία πέρα από τους όποιους στόχους έχει , πρέπει να είναι υπεύθυνη απέναντι και στους πελάτες και στους συνεργάτες της.

Wherever you read about AEG or Electrolux and customer service just skip it. People are not played. The door hose was punctured in a 9-month washing machine and while the warranty conditions state that ANY defective part will be replaced within 24 months, of course they refused ... So when I asked even to pay for the repair the answer was that I have to wait 2 weeks for a tire. That is, for more serious damage, how long would we expect .... I would have a second child. Of course, I did not receive a response to the messages I sent to the company's headquarters. We are talking about awesome customer service ......

First of all, thank you for entering the process of answering and showing interest. I consider it very honest on your part. Something that Electrolux itself did not do. I sent them 3 messages and they connected me with Cairo ..... Slowly do not post a negative review on their page. I say it again I have no problem with you and most likely I will call you in the coming days, but I will say what I said in the store where I bought the washing machine. Every company, in addition to whatever goals it has, must be responsible to both its customers and partners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εχω πρόβλημα με ένα πλυντήριο πιάτων που είναι αγορασμένο δύο μήνες περίπου(αφήνει υπολείμματα βρωμιάς στην πόρτα) και πήρα το service της AEG. Μου είπαν να αλλάξω την εταιρεία του αλατιού καί του απορρυπαντικού και εάν εξακολουθεί το πρόβλημα να πάρω απο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα το 3 σε 1 της AEG και να το χρησιμοποιήσω. Όλα τα παραπάνω έγιναν και το πρόβλημα εξακολουθεί να υπάρχει. Ξαναπαίρνω τηλέφωνο το service πάλι και μου λένε ότι θα μου τηλεφωνήσει ο τεχνικός για να έρθει να το δει. Αφού πέρασε πάνω από μια εβδομάδα με πήρε τηλέφωνο (ΚΥΡΙΑΚΉ 16:20) από μια εταιρεία Μανωλόπουλος που έχει το service της AEG και μου έλυσε το πρόβλημα. --------ΝΑ ΤΑ ΠΛΕΝΩ ΠΡΙΝ ΤΑ ΒΑΛΩ ΜΕΣΑ-------. Και αναρωτιέμαι τι να κάνω το πλυντήριο πιάτων ??? Και μου είπε και το επικό ## εάν έρθω και δεν βρω πρόβλημα θα σας χρεώσω με 35€ ## (Να το λάβω ως απειλή ή ως προειδοποίηση).
I have a problem with a dishwasher that has been bought for about two months (leaves dirt on the door) and I got the AEG service. I was told to change the salt and detergent company and if the problem persists to get the 3 in 1 AEG from a specific store and use it. All of the above has been done and the problem still exists. I call the service again and they tell me that the technician will call me to come and see it. After more than a week, he called me (SUNDAY 16:20) from a company Manolopoulos that has the service of AEG and solved my problem. -------- TO WASH THEM BEFORE I PUT THEM IN -------. And I wonder what to do with the dishwasher ??? And he told me the epic ## if I come and I do not find a problem I will charge you with 35 € ## (To receive it as a threat or as a warning).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, μου έδωσαν οδηγίες απο το τηλέφωνο για πλυντήριο ρούχων και λύθηκε το πρόβλημα ενώ κάλλιστα θα μπορούσαν να έρθουν στο σπίτι και να χρεώσουν την επίσκεψη.
Very helpful, they gave me instructions over the phone for a washing machine and the problem was solved while they could very well come home and charge for the visit.
