★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ας παραβλεψω πως η επισκευη στο ψυγειο κρατησε 1 μηνα (ειχε πει μπορει να κρατησει απο 2 μηνες εως 2 χρονια...)σε μεταγενεστερη τηλεφωνικη επικοινωνια μαζι του μου λεει θα σε καλεσω σε 5 λεπτα...εχουν περασει αρκετες χιλιαδες λεπτα και ακομη περιμενω.
Συμπεριφορα τεχνικου με υφος επιστημονα NASA ,δεν σηκωνε κουβεντα και επεμενε στην δικη του αποψη με εκνευριστικο τροπο.Εχω και αλλα να πω αλλα νομιζω βγηκε το νοημα...

Εκτίμησα ιδιαιτέρως το γεγονός ότι σε πλυντήριο πιάτων που μου χάλασε, δεν επέλεξαν αγορά καινούργιου ανταλλακτικού, αλλά διόρθωσαν το ήδη υπάρχον, σε αντίθεση με συνεργάτη της αντιπροσωπείας (morris) , ο οποίος αμέσως πρότεινε καινούργιο ανταλλακτικό (= επισκευή ίση με το κόστος αγοράς μισού πλυντηρίου).
Very good service, very kind children, good prices! I especially appreciated the fact that in a dishwasher that broke down, they did not choose to buy a new spare part, but fixed the existing one, in contrast to a partner of the dealership (morris), who immediately proposed a new spare part (= repair equal to the cost of buying half a washing machine ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενέστατοι, αμεση ανταπόκριση σε αρχική τηλεφωνικη συνομιλία, τίμιοι, αποτελεσματικοί, αλλα αργοί σε ανταπόκριση και σε τελικό αποτέλεσμα. Καθυστερουν μεχρι να δοθεί η τελικη λύση (ισως λογω φορτου εργασιας?).
Gentle, immediate response to an initial telephone conversation, honest, effective, but slow in response and final result. They are delayed until the final solution is given (maybe due to workload?).

Η θερμοκρασία του ψυγείου ήταν χαμηλή μου χαλούσε το φαγητό .
Ήρθε είπε ότι είναι η πλακέτα την πήγε στον τεχνικό την άλλη μέρα .
Ρώτησα πόσο θα κοστίσει η επισκευή -60€
Μου την έφερε ζήτησε 120€ σύνολο για 2'να την συνδέσει.
Το ψυγείο παραμένει στην ίδια κατάσταση και όταν τηλεφωνώ όλο μου λέει "υπομονή υπομονή ...θα κατέβει η θερμοκρασία
Η θερμοκρασία του ψυγείου τώρα είναι 12οκελσιου.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η παραγγελία έγινε τηλεφωνικά. Το ανταλλακτικό ήρθε όταν είπε, όλα καλά. Την τιμή που μας είχε πει όμως δεν την κράτησε. Κι όταν του είπαμε ότι άλλη τιμή μας είχε πει στο τηλέφωνο, πήγε να μας βγάλει και τρελούς. Κρίμα γιατί προτίμησε για ένα μικρό ποσό να χάσει πελάτες.
