Fliegen zu Coronazeiten mit Aegean von Zürich nach Heraklion (Kreta) im Airbus A320 - Check in ohne lange Wartezeit - Online Check in war nicht möglich Der Einstieg in das bereits ältere Flugzeug ging sehr schnell so das die Maschine pünktlich abheben konnte. Nach einer freundlichen Begrüssung nahmen wir auf den schmalen Sitzen Platz. Monitore sind nicht vorhanden, so das die Stewardessen die Sicherheitseinweisung manuell vornehmen mussten. Für den Service und die Freundlichkeit der Flugbegleiterin würde ich 5 Sterne geben. Coronamassnahmen im Flugzeug: Die Kopfauflagen wurden entfernt und es besteht eine Maskenpflicht. Man bekommt vor Abflug ein Desinfektionstuch womit wir die kleine Tischablage und die Armlehnen desinfizieren konnten. Der Tisch sowie die Rückseite vom Vordersitz waren völlig verdreckt und wurden nicht gereinigt. Zum Glück hatten wir eigene Desifektionstücher zum reinigen dabei. Wasser gab es zum Essen aus der Flasche. Das Essen zum Abendflug bestand aus einem trockenen weichen Brötchen. Nach zwei Stunden Flugzeit wurde ein Getränkeservice durchgeführt.

For the service and the friendliness of the flight attendant, I would give it 5 stars. Corona measures on the plane: The head rests have been removed and a mask is required. Before departure you get a disinfectant wipe with which we could disinfect the small table shelf and the armrests. The table and the back of the front seat were completely dirty and were not cleaned. Fortunately, we had our own disinfection wipes with us to clean. There was water from the bottle with the meal. The meal for the evening flight consisted of a dry soft roll. A beverage service was carried out after a two-hour flight.

Bad Customer Care They give Miles and Bonus Card for Star Alliance members I book at Lufthansa THE Star Alliance member and don’t receive miles because they have done code sharing with Swiss Air, which is also Star Alliance Also so often i have use flights from Aegean Codesharing with Lufthansa? Very bad that’s fraud to customers who pay higher prices flying with the members Airlines and then nothing!? Impossible! A shame and unacceptable

Unfortunately, the folding table of the of my seat was very dirty even though they publicly say that thorough cleaning and sanitization take place after every flight. In addition no covid measures are taken in order to keep the passengers in safe distance from each other.. money is always the only goal, regardless of the health consequences. Once again below expectations (Flight ATH-BLQ)

What an awful disaster. Trying to board the airplane at the gate when they randomly shouted at people to weigh their carry-on luggages. My mother and I had one carry-on each, and we moved things around (wearing our jackets that was packed in the luggage, etc.). The scale was definitely fraudulent because before and after removing items they weighed MORE! Can you believe that??? When we tried to argue we were threatened we would not board the flight, and it got worse and worse - she threatened we would get DEPORTED!!! We were charged 60 euros each, 120 euros total for two luggages. Now that’s easily the worst airline experience up to date. AEGEANS. NEVER. AGAIN. (Paris-Athens-Santorini)
