★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отличная авиакомпания по удобству для пассажиров. При росте 188 очень комфортно. Взлет - посадка отличные, чувствуется класс пилотов. Пользовался этой авиакомпанией впервые для перелета Москва-Афины-Ираклион и обратно. То что были задержи рейса на 40 мин компенсируется удобством кресел и комфортом в полёте.
 Great airline for passenger convenience. With a growth of 188 is very comfortable. Takeoff - landing is excellent, you can feel the class of pilots. I used this airline for the first time for the flight Moscow-Athens-Heraklion and back. The fact that there were delays in the flight for 40 minutes is compensated by the convenience of seats and comfort in flight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry, that's a one. I don't demand much from airlines, but at least Ryanair's customer service does not answer phone calls at all. Here, I called them, I was given the information that estimated waiting time is 10 minutes, so I waited 10 minutes and then they just hung up. Of course I wouldn't have to call the customer service if I found any valuable info on the webside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All our 4 flights were late, so we missed a conection in Athen and we had to get a later flight which was overbooked and separate seats all over the plane. My 3 yeara daughter got also a seat by her self ?. Otherwise, the planes are good, the crew friendly and the food decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 09.09.2020 we had to travel with Aegean. We have only one hand baggage (laptop backpack!) and we brought something from their duty-free in airport, Heraklion. At the boarding gate the ladies stopped us and they told us to have only one hand baggage! We had to stuff our shoppings into the backpacks, 250ml and 750ml bottles! 2 Greek products!
This is the worst boarding ever! Neither to low cost companies they didn't forced us to stuff our shoppings into our backpacks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave it four stars because they are not consistent. Since 2019 upon departing Heraklion I asked them to transfer my suitcases to Delta my next flight. They obliged but last night I left the airport in tears. They claimed Delta is not Star Alliance. Yet when I depart from Richmond Virginia, Delta always transfers my suitcases to Aegean and of course no charge. I explained to Aegean I am hurt. I can not pick up 3 suitcases etc. I would give the airline hostesses and pilots five stars.
