@aegeanairlines pathetic customer service! Ladies are all rude and incompetent! Fly any other airline but @aegeanairlines!

Very bad service, and old bad planes. I was absolutely dissatisfied with 4 flights by aegean in a row.

Sorry, that's a one. I don't demand much from airlines, but at least Ryanair's customer service does not answer phone calls at all. Here, I called them, I was given the information that estimated waiting time is 10 minutes, so I waited 10 minutes and then they just hung up. Of course I wouldn't have to call the customer service if I found any valuable info on the webside.

Booking a flight with Aegean Airlines is like throwing your money into a black hole. Do not ever book with them, they cancel flights, keep your money and rebook the same flights with more expensive fares. Refund is an unknown word for them.. Stay away!

We had multiple flights booked with this airline for our honeymoon in May. Due to Covid-19, the airline canceled the flights. We did not cancel the booking - the airline canceled the entire flight. They sent an email with a number to call for a refund. However, the rep at that number said there were no refunds and in general she was pretty confused. I later called a different number I found on their site. The rep at that number was more knowledgable and explained to me that the airline is ignoring EU law and issuing only vouchers, not refunds, even for flights they cancel themselves. If it were a US company I honestly would have tried to use the legal system to recoup my money, which is something I've never considered in any other situation in my life. For a Greek company I don't feel I have any recourse against them so I accepted the voucher that I seriously doubt I'll use. Their support lines are not toll-free, so I ended up paying for international calling as well. The fact that taxpayers around the world are being forced to bail out these corrupt companies while they pocket money for flights they didn't operate is ridiculous.

Had a great experience on both of my flights into and out of Santorini. I did travel Business class and the attention was fantastic and very nice Air Attendants. I will definitely flight with them again

It was used to be the best EU regional air carrier. However, its services are progressively in decline. Now the overall experience is best described by the one obtained from a low cost airline rather than a carrier with 3-digit ticket's cost(at minimum). Delays are met more and more frequently, drop-off points are not available earlier than 2 hours from flight, covid19 measures are not implemented especially during boarding, politeness of personnel depends on the individual employee.
