It is just paradise - amazing gardens, great service by the staff, great food in the buffet. Suitable for couples and families

Great, big resort, with beautiful beach. Sea have the most beautiful colour. Food is OK, and everything else is fine here.

Very nice place, the food is great although not that diverse, the staff is very polite and helpful, the pools ar many (8 with sea water and 1 with sweet water), the place is huge and well maintained and looks stunning. I def recommend this place.

Good concept, but for 5-star hotel service should be better. If you are with small kids you could have issues, e.g. Sometimes you should fight for baby seat at the dinner. Cleaning service is usually when childrens sleap. We asked for cleaning service in anotjer time but unfortunately they did it only once. All in all i would not give 5 stars for this hotel.

This is the first time I am writing such a negative feedback but unfortunately it is fully deserved. Have never seen such dirtiness and poor maintenance. Extremely poor cleaning service - I have never seen such a dirty and bad maintained suite/room. There were dead bugs, spider nets and a thick dust layer (Imagine you haven’t been to your villa for 3 years or more…). Under and onto the carpets there was even more dust. Carpets have not been washed at least couple of seasons. Nothing changed even after our complains, nobody came the day after to inspect and assure the cleaning quality and deliverables. The condition of the room was totally the same. Placed on the floor for change the bathrobe had not been changed but put back on the hanger. There was a constant noise from the air conditioners when turned off. After our complain the receptionist proposed to move us to another room whose condition was even worse. I can sincerely say that I have never seen such dirtiness. We refused that and insisted on a compensation without specifying what it should be. Poor or missing wifi The SPA (meaning pool, sauna, steam bath) and the gym are subject of additional charge!? This is the first time I see that these facilities are paid and what is more - in a 5-star hotel. And guess what, the hotel is being marketed as a „SPA“ hotel where on its description it is said that „Guests have free access to the spa and gym.“ Broken or and/or not working lighting which is also dangerous (broken lamp with hanging cables in the bathroom) No mini bar at the suite. Old and worn out furniture and equipment. Umbrellas and sunbeds are paid. Noting, that the hotel has a private beach. The only positive feature is the variety of food but it is shadowed by all the rest negative features. We asked for a kind of compensation during the whole back and forth discussion we did not receive even a single apology from the personnel or/and the manager, who by the way we were not delighted to meet. He/she communicated only through the receptionists. As we asked for a compensation (any kind) we have not received any proposal or just a feedback from the management. It truly looked arrogant and like they are making fun of us and ignoring the issue. This is anything but even not close to a 5-star hotel. I have no clue how this hotel had been categorised as a 5-star one and most importantly how it manages to maintain those stars. I trust it should be a matter of regular international compliance checks. P.S. I‘ve been to 3- and 4-star hotels which provide just an excellent service in all of the abovementioned aspects.

Great location for enjoying the lovely sandy beaches and shallow tourquise waters of the Aegean sea as well as the well maintained gardens. Nevertheless you should be aware of the following negatives: Smelly dated rooms and furniture which would definetly not match a new 3 star B&B. Tasteless food with very limited choice. Poor visibility when driving out of the hotel parking. On the positive side I d also mention the personell doing their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Hotel is fantastic, contains many bungalows, each of them has a view on to the one of the 9 pools and beach behind. Our apartment was on two levels with two bathrooms. Many flowers and trees, absolutely divine!
