We spent 12 days in July at this hotel and had a pleasant time. The staff was generally nice and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were small but clean and cool at night, with nice garden. The beach was nice and well kept with a nice view. There were enough umbrellas and sunbeds for everybody without need to fight for them or take possession of them in early morning. The food was generally good and abundant. The nights were calm and quiet. No entertainments for kids, but.. that is fine. In the minus side the wifi was well below standard for a 4* as one had to re-enter the user number and password every second minute to stay online. The parking was below level, as one had to find it in wild land. It is hard to believe that after so many years, owner could not invest a little to have proper places to protect from the sun the cars of their clients. Also it is unacceptable that for such a hotel we had to pay 20 EUR for a standard room safe! Last, but not least, there are no visible sunset on this side of Kassandra, but this is not something the hotel can do much about it! Just keep it in mind if you expect romantic sunsets on the beach.. Apart these few minuses, all in all we had a nice stay and are grateful to the staff and management for it!

Hotel room not according to the pictures, very dirty. Room was poorly cleaned, toilet was not even cleaned in 10 days stay. Bathroom equally dirty. The hotel is very noisy and has very good hearing, you can't get any peace in your own room. On our request, if we get a part refunded, if we leave after 2 of 10 days, we were explained unfriendly by the hotel manager, that would be paid now and would not go. Okay, but our request and our criticism was also not taken seriously, instead of looking at the room told us that everything would be great. No criticism wanted. Breakfast selection good, but poorly organized, you wait for 2 rolls much too long. Beach bar was also poorly equipped, posted offers were sometimes not available, etc. The beach was great, plenty of sun loungers. Staff otherwise also top and very friendly. Rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the sea but only for adults. After 10 days we will definitely never come back.

1 Star off for the ladies at the reception. Both, at a arrival and during our stay where not of much help, and we had several contacts, never came back with information or help. There are defenitely people around in the Hotel could do this job much better. Only after talking to the manager himself, issues where solved in a professionell way. Thanks again Dimitrious. So finally 4 stars for: 1. Location in total, including Hotel itself, surrounding with nice n cosy village of Kriopigi. Good wifi allover the area and rooms 2. Nice beach, good for hangaround (beach volley) and also for families with younger kids, sandy n' smooth. 3. infrastructural, all nearby, main house, main restaurant, tavern, club bar, Beach bar, even small lift to beach, food is of good average international standards with regional tendency 4. Rooms, clean and quiet spacious. Now back to the 1 star off, and to be honest, it should be 2 stars off for unmanaged services (e. g. at reception they had not a glew of local bus transport to Kriopigi, bus station is in front of Hotel), Spar services skipped because of "unfortunately", but then offer any kind of reimburse (at least a bottle of wine). And at the very most, being Half board plus, we got some included water, wine and softdrinks, but the prizes for any additional drinks are outrageous, even on 5star Maldives or in London downtown it is cheaper to visit a bar... Unbelievably expensive.. 4 € for a Espresso after dinner, 4 € a coke, 14 € a bottle of wine (there's better greek wines for less) i bought a bottle of Lokal wine 1.5 liters for 3.50€ and it had a much better taste. Cocktails are very good, but 10 €. Well, i would have drunk some more at a reasonable price. So, summarizing, very nice location for a Hotel with much, i mean very much potential. Last point, the bad quote for service is not for the service personal, it's for the reception. Important, people working in all service areas are overall very friendly, most English speaking and helpfull. Yassas to Zouriko, best man and my personal buddy, talemme my friend. And José from Cameroon doing room service gets a 1+ merci mon'ami. So overall we come back for sure to this beatiful place. Personal info: We are frequent travelers, at least twice a year, i lived 4 years in Italy, speaking 4 languages fluent, plus a little German...

We stayed for two weeks at the beginning of May 2022, as the hotel was opening for the season. Overall, this is a good hotel, but there are some areas that could be improved. The rooms are clean and well-furnished. The shower was nice and powerful. The spacious wardrobe was appreciated and allowed me to unpack properly at the start of my stay. The beach is surely one of the best in Europe, but the price of sun loungers is not competitive when compared with beach clubs elsewhere along the coast, so I just used the public beach instead. The bar offered good cocktails, but at €10-12 it's far too expensive. During happy hour the cost reduces by 50% and at this price, it is a good deal. €6 for a beer is also well above the going rate in the area (€4 even in the nicest places). They would sell a lot more drinks by reducing the price a little and would probably make more profit overall. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of local and international foods. The honey and yoghurt were great. I'd recommend the fresh omelette station at the far end of the room where you can have one cooked to order. The food at dinner was quite good, but we felt the dining experience would benefit from more atmosphere - it feels a bit more like a canteen than a 4* hotel. There was a member of the management team who sometimes tried to sell us a drink before we'd even taken our seats, which felt a bit pushy. The other waiting staff were great. The music is an album of cover tracks and very repetitive. A more polished dinner service would add greatly to the experience. A special mention for the serving staff and in particular the dessert chef - these were on a higher level than the food overall. The hotel is some distance from the local towns, although there is a reasonable bus service. Once you get used to the buses, they're not bad but the timetables and information are sparse. Tickets are bought in cash if getting on at a small stop and in advance from an office when using a major station (where cards are also accepted). The buses are often late, so factor that into your plans! They do turn up eventually. I would especially recommend trips to Pekfohori, Polychrono, Nea Fokea, Siviri and Hanioti. We also liked Thessaloniki but this is a long journey (almost two hours) and the bus only takes you as far as the outskirts - a separate bus or taxi is needed to reach the centre. It would be worth an overnight stay in the city to get the most from it - I understand the hotel can arrange this with their sister location. This is a nice hotel with beautiful grounds, and it could quite easily become a fantastic hotel with a few tweaks.

Nice location although a 20 minute walk to nearest village. Pity there isn't any tea/coffee facilities in rooms, and pool/pool bar closed at 6 which is a shame as it was a nice place to have a drink when you come up from the beach. Sun bed hire is expensive.

The Hotel is as seen and described. Service was great. There was not an iron in the room, but the staff managed to source one for me! The breakfast was good. I loved the seafront view and direct access (a lift from the pool) to the beach. The main issue I had was how awkward it was it get to, as a tourist. The closest train station/ airport is over an hour's drive, so the Taxi fare is €80 one way. This was more than the cost to stay at the hotel per night. To get around, you NEED a car. The hotel should consider airport transfers and day trips that can be booked from their website.
