I did expect similar answer from the hotel manager as I read the reviewes before I visited and I thought people just were too hard expressing themselves. I also read comments from management which are dull and just copy paste from one comment to the other. They do not even bother to add personal note to their answer. You are just one of many for them. Same as the experience they provide. Your comment towards me speaks more about you. You just don't care about comments just about your review score. You provide service and you need to excel the service and customer care! If you really wanted to see if I was your guest or not you just had to go thru your booking system. Have a nice day.
I	Igor Antic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rate is between 3 and 4 stars. It deserves 4 when it is not full. When it is, it is very hard to go through the restaurant and it is not pleasure to eat. There is a missing wifi on the higher floors and you have to go to the lobby to use it. Suites are good and there is enough place for 5 persons.

I understand that the problem arises in relation to the travel agency but loses the clients who are not guilty of anything. in the heat of 30 degrees with a small child without money, we were deprived of armbands and informed at the reception that we no longer belonged.
C	Carlo Centofanti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel with good conference rooms. The swimming pools are clean and relaxing. The staff was really friendly and professional. I really liked my stay at the hotel. The kallithea nightlife is easily reachable by foot or by a short taxy ride.
D	Danylo Bilokha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To begin with outside - the hotel seems great and fancy like a real palace, however inside it makes you feel like in 90s. On top of that there is no towel for legs; bathroom is dirty and maybe there is beginning of fungus; no drinking water. So I would not come back if I would have a chance to experience another place. Also, we were “asked” to move from palini beach hotel which is better and nobody even interested how the new place for us. Palini beach was much better experience and we are really disappointed how they managed this movement.
I	Ioan Constantin Tarca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is deserving it's four stars classification. The staff is kindly and attentive, even if they are at the reception, restaurant, pool bar or beach. They hardly try to preserve an ancient look of their hotel but meanwhile assuring all modern facilities to their visitors. They have Wi-Fi at the lounge and pool bar, even at the suites level. The sea facing side offer wonderful views. Entertainment at the pool is quite good and on the beach they have umbrellas and sunbeds. Also, a lot of fun is provided at their sea-sport department (ski-jets, boat rentals and other exciting water fun activities). The food is good and diversified.
C	Cem bektaş on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location in Khalkidhiki with direct access to its beach. Stayed in a double room with sea view. Clean and spacious rooms with large bathroom (the room has two floors). Very crowded in high season so expect to wait in elevator line even there are four elevators. Large swimming pool and private parking area. Good choice for families with kids.
A	ATGG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: It is surprisingly unprofessional for the staff of this hotel to respond to comments like mine (and there are A LOT) like that. That shows more and more that my review of 1/5 is correct. Well, I know I’m correct. And that’s exactly the reason I rated it 1/5. Very unprofessional and not willing to help staff. That ruined the whole experience. It’s not the pool’s water that I have to rate after all! My experience comes from a Doctor’s Seminar that was conducted in this hotel. Imagine if that was the respect to us, the respect they give to -normal- customers...
