P	Petra P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Astypaleu sme navštívili ako skupina 7 ľudí. Aj napriek tomu, že trajekt meškal viac ako hodinu a prišiel o 5 ráno, nás v prístave čakal odvoz do vily. Po príchode sme boli nadšení, vila bola krásna, dvojposchodová, s kuchyňou, dvoma terasami,parkoviskom.. Krásne zariadená v tradičnom štýle, plne vybavená kuchyňa. Od managera vily Iliasa sme mali prenajaté aj auto a štvorkolku za výhodnejšiu cenu ako boli v iných autopožičovniach. Centrum mesta a pláže boli len na skok od vily. Každý deň nás čakala po príchode z pláže uprataná vila, čisté uteráky, posteľné prádlo, umytý riad... . Manager bol veľmi priateľský a nápomocný so všetkým. Poradil nám, kam sa ísť kúpať, kam sa ísť najesť či zabaviť,.. Viac ako sme očakávali... Navštívili sme už veľa gréckych ostrovov, ale pobyt v Aegean Sea Villas bol jedným z najkrajších vďaka Iliasovi a Alexovi. Dakujemeeeee krásne. ????? We visited Astypale as a group of 7 people. Despite the fact that the ferry was more than an hour late and arrived at 5 o'clock in the harbor, we had to go to the villa. Upon arrival, we were delighted, the villa was beautiful, two-storey, with kitchen, two terraces, a car park. Beautifully furnished in traditional style, fully equipped kitchen. We also rented a car and a four-wheeler from the Iliasa Villa Manager at a more favorable price than they were in other car rental companies. The city center and the beach were just a short walk from the villa. Every day, a tidy villa, clean towels, bed linen, dishwashing machines ... awaited us from the beach. The manager was very friendly and helpful with everything. He advised us where to go, where to go, eat or have fun, .. More than we expected ... We have visited many Greek islands, but staying at Aegean Sea Villas was one of the most beautiful thanks to Ilias and Alex. Dakujemeeeee krásne. ?????
Σ	ΣΤΕΦΑΝΟΣ ΑΝΔΡΙΑΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικό πολυτελές διαμέρισμα σε άριστη τοποθεσία με καταπληκτική πανοραμική θέα! Ολοκαίνουριο (όπως και ολόκληρο το συγκρότημα), με πολύ κομψή διακόσμηση και μοναδική αισθητική πλήρως εναρμονισμένη με το κυκλαδίτικο στυλ! Δεν πρόκειται να ξεχάσουμε το απίστευτα αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι και το υπέροχο στρώμα με ανώστρωμα από τα Cocomat! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν επίσης πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πεντακάθαρο και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλόξενο, φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό! Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά στο μέλλον! Excellent luxury apartment in excellent location with amazing panoramic views! Brand new (like the whole complex), with very stylish decoration and unique aesthetics fully harmonized with the Cycladic style! We will not forget the incredibly comfortable bed and the lovely Cocomat mattress! The apartment was also fully equipped and clean and the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful! We will definitely choose it again in the future!
Φ	Φρετζάτο Παραδοσιακός ξενώνας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καταπληκτικό και άνετο. Εξαιρετικό και ολοκαίνουργιο κατάλυμα. Βρίσκεται στο Λίβάδι μόνο 3 λεπτά από την Χώρα και δίπλα σου εχεις επιλογές για μπάνιο σε αμμουδερή παραλία (50μ.) καφέ και φαγητό. Η βίλα μας (pearl) ήταν σε 2 επίπεδα με 3 μπάνια κ 3 κρεβατοκάμαρες και μεγάλο καθιστικό με κουζίνα και καναπέ κρεβάτι. Εξερετική καθημερινή καθαριότητα απο την Βιργινία. Φουλ έξτρα με annuities και καλωσόρισμα στην κουζίνα με 3 ειδών καφέδες, εσπρεσιέρα, φρυγανίες και συνοδευτικά (μαρμελάδες μέλι, κουλουράκια...καθημερινα) καθώς και διαφορων ειδών σπιτικα γλυκά κουταλιού κέρασμα. Φυσικά και δροσερό νεράκι στο ψυγείο. Η θεα προς την Χώρα και το κάστρο είναι εξαιρετική (από όλα τα δωμάτια) και το jaccuzi στην βεράντα ηταν οι χαρά τον παιδιών μας. Ο Κο Ηλίας εξυπηρετικος με επαγγελματισμό και πολλες πληροφορίες για το νησί. Αναμφίβολα αξίζει τα λεπτά που δώσαμε με. Σίγουρα οταν ξανασκεφτούμε την Αστυπάλαια εδώ θα ξανά έρθουμε. Σας ευχαριστούμε. Amazing and comfortable. Excellent and brand new accommodation. It is located in Livadi only 3 minutes from Chora and next to you you have options for swimming on a sandy beach (50m.) Coffee and food. Our pearl villa was on 2 levels with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed. Excellent daily cleaning from Virginia. Full extra with annuities and welcome to the kitchen with 3 types of coffees, espresso machine, toast and side dishes (honey jams, cookies ... daily) as well as various types of homemade sweets spoon treat. Natural and cool water at refrigerator. The view to Chora and the castle is excellent (from all the rooms) and the jaccuzi on the veranda was the joy of our children. Mr. Elias helpful with professionalism and a lot of information about the island. Undoubtedly worth the minutes we spent with. Surely when we think of Astypalea we will come here again. Thank you.

Τρομερή εξυπηρέτηση όλο το 24ωρο με χαμόγελο και με διάθεση να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν . Πεντακάθαρο και τηρούσαν όλα τα μέτρα για covid 19 . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα !!! Amazing villas with incredible views and access to the beach !!! Awesome service 24 hours a day with a smile and a willingness to help us with whatever we needed. Very clean and they kept all the measures for covid 19. I highly recommend it !!!

H	Helen K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our villa in this brand new complex. Everything in the villa was new and spotless. It was tastefully decorated and perfectly comfortable for 4 adults. The view from the villa was fantastic, the beach is a 60 sec walk with really good tavernas. The owner and manager were very friendly and helpful. We had free transfers to and from the hotel to the port/airport. I'd go back there in a heartbeat.
