Και αυτό που με εντυπωσίασε πρόσφατα και δεν το εχω συναντήσει σε άλλο διαγνωστικό κέντρο: στα τελευταία αποτελέσματα εξετάσεων ειχαν προσθέσει συγκριτικά στοιχεία δύο χρονων! Μπράβο σας που προχωράτε ενα βήμα παραπάνω και διευκολύνετε και τους πελάτες σας! Very good service and very kind staff! And what impressed me recently and I have not come across in another diagnostic center: in the last test results they had added comparative data of two years! Well done for going one step further and making it easier for your customers!
D	Dimitra Papidaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανώδυνη και αξιόπιστη μαστογραφία με την απίθανη Γιούλη (ιδιαίτερη μνεία!) και το υπερσύγχρονο μηχάνημα του κέντρου. Τα κορίτσια στην υποδοχή είναι πολύ ευγενικά και εξυπηρετικά. Το ιατρικό προσωπικό δίνει έμφαση στην λεπτομέρεια και προσφέρει αναλυτικές επεξηγήσεις σε κάθε εξέταση. Painless and reliable mammogram with the incredible Giouli (special mention!) And the state-of-the-art machine of the center. The girls at the reception are very kind and helpful. The medical staff emphasizes the detail and offers detailed explanations in each examination.
M	Mariza Mach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΜΗΝ ΠΑΤΕ ΓΙΑ RAPID!!! Το Σάββατο λένε ότι κλείνουν 15.00 αλλά ενα rapid 14.50 δεν μπορούσαν να το κάνουν γιατί είχαν κλείσει. Να έρθουμε Δευτέρα λεει με το μωρό που πρέπει να πάει με το rapid στον παιδικό... Ήρθαμε Δευτέρα και αφού πήραν τον χρόνο τους για να κάνουν το τεστ, τα αποτελέσματα θα έβγαιναν σε 40 λεπτά! Και μαντέψτε... 2 ώρες μετά δεν είχαμε λάβει τίποτα. Έπρεπε να καλέσουμε για να μας πουν αν βγήκε θετικο ή αρνητικό και να καλέσουμε πάλι μήπως και δεηθουν να μας στείλουν τα αποτελέσματα. Δεν ήταν το πρώτο φάουλ. Πριν από 6 μήνες, κάναμε rapid για ταξίδι και χρειαζόμασταν την βεβαίωση τους. Πριν κάνουμε το τεστ μας διαβεβαίωσαν χίλιες φορές ότι θα ήταν στα αγγλικά, αλλά μετά την απομάκρυνση από το ταμείο.... Μόνο στα ελληνικά γιατί "δεν τους το επέτρεπε το σύστημα"! Κακοδιαχείριση, παρά την τυπική ευγένεια. Δεν την ξαναπατάω!!! DO NOT GO FOR RAPID !!! On Saturday they say they close at 15.00 but a rapid 14.50 they could not do because they were closed. Let's come on Monday, he says to the baby who has to go with the rapid to the kindergarten ... We came on Monday and after they took their time to do the test, the results would come out in 40 minutes! And guess what ... 2 hours later we received nothing. We had to call to tell us if it came out positive or negative and to call again lest they send us the results. It was not the first foul. 6 months ago, we made a quick trip and needed their confirmation. Before we did the test, they assured us a thousand times that it would be in English, but after leaving the box office .... Only in Greek because "the system did not allow it"! Mismanagement, despite the typical courtesy. I will not cheat on her again !!!
Α	Αθηνα Γεροπεππα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συγχαρητήρια στο προσωπικό, ευγενικοί εξυπηρετικοί. Εν μέσω πανδημίας φοβερή και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Κάλεσα την Τετάρτη για pcr για το γιο μου και με εξυπηρέτησαν κατευθείαν και τα αποτελέσματα τα πήρα την επόμενη το πρωι. Χρειάστηκε όμως να πάω πάλι γιατί κόλλησα εγώ και ο άλλος μου ο γιος. Την Παρασκευή λοιπόν πήρα στις 3.30μμ και πάλι με εξυπηρέτησαν αμέσως. ΜΠΡΆΒΟ ΣΑΣ Congratulations to the staff, polite helpful. In the midst of a pandemic awesome and prompt service. I called on Wednesday for pcr for my son and they served me directly and I got the results the next morning. But I had to go again because my other son and I got stuck. So on Friday I got it at 3.30pm and again I was served immediately. Well done

Absolutely satisfied with all the staff. The lady in the secretariat is polite and the doctor who did the ultrasound for me is very explanatory.

Η Γιούλη - υπέυθυνη για την Ψηφιακή Μαστογραφία- σε υποδέχεται με χαμόγελο και ανεπιτήδευτη ευγένεια. Είναι η πρώτη φορά που ένιωσα τόσο άνετα και δεν ένιωσα καθόλου μα καθόλου πόνο! Και αμέσως μετά για Υπέρηχο Μαστού σε περιμένει η Ιατρός/Ακτινοδιαγνώστης Δήμητρα Γιατράκου! Πρόκειται για τον πιο θετικό άνθρωπο που έχω γνωρίσει εδώ και χρόνια που σε κάνει να νιώσεις ασφάλεια! Κερδίζει την εμπιστοσύνση σου σε χρόνο μηδέν! Ασχολείται πραγματικά πάρα πολύ, είναι επεξηγηματική - η εξέταση κράτησε σχεδόν 40 λεπτά, κάτι πολύ σπάνιο για Διαγνωστικό Κέντρο! Γιούλη & Δήμητρα σας ευχαριστώ και τις 2! I highly recommend the Center for Digital Mammography and Breast Ultrasound. Giouli - responsible for Digital Mammography - welcomes you with a smile and unpretentious courtesy. It is the first time I felt so comfortable and I did not feel any pain at all! And immediately afterwards, the Doctor / Radiologist Dimitra Giatrakou is waiting for you for a Breast Ultrasound! This is the most positive person I have met in years that makes you feel safe! Earns your trust in no time! It is really busy, it is explanatory - the examination lasted almost 40 minutes, something very rare for a Diagnostic Center! Giouli & Dimitra thank you both!

The place is easy to find, staff was polite and helpfull - we were able to communicate in English easily and they were kind to my children. Results arrived on e-mail within hour. I can recommend this company.
